De E7RICAT is een compacte en efficiënte inbouwrenovatiebehuizing die is geoptimaliseerd en vermeld voor EISA-conforme wolfraam-halogeenlampen, evenals gloeilampen, CFL- en LED-lampen. Behuizing is geschikt voor residentiële of licht commerciële toepassingen. Voor installatie in geïsoleerde plafonds en niet-geïsoleerde plafonds met een constructie die voldoet aan de luchtdichte voorschriften. Gebruik met een verscheidenheid aan versieringen en afwerkingen om verschillende lichteffecten te creëren of om bij elk interieur te passen. The BEST remodel housing!

I have always had an issue with remodel fixtures as most rely on poorly-designed spring clips to lock the can in the ceiling. This Halo can has clips that are tightened to the ceiling surface via screw heads. You install the can, put it into the ceiling and then tighten the screws to engage the clips tight. Also, this is an airtite can and the means by which the manufacturer achieves this is are superior to other remodel can designs I have worked with.

Great Halo cans

-received promptly in good condition (in better shape than some off the shelf ones at H*depot. -chose cans vs waffles to maintain continuity of house build, -fairly easy install (not as easy as waffles), I like the screw down tightener vs the old push on springs & easy push wire connectors. -I liked the gasket on the can to ceiling contact, very air-tight. Hope Halo don't go the cheap route to compromise quality in the future.

Missing cover

The cover for the 'J-box' is missing. If I install this it will not meet minimum code. Another reason to just go to Home Depot next time

Great recessed light cans

Really love these cans. Easy to install. Easy to wire. They easily snug up against the ceiling, leaving no gap.
