Trailer tail light

Install instructions lacking....

I bought this taillight to replace a similar one that I stupidly broke when backing up the trailer. Although the light is not identical to the one I broke, it is good enough for this trailer. The original lights I put on had wire leads emanating from the light case. This one did not. Instead, this one had the kind of connectors that require you to push a wire into it and the connector grabs the wire. The instructions were EXTREMELY basic, but once you figure out you don't need to buy a connector, and once you figure out you need a single strand wire that is stiff enough to puch into the connector, the light works great. I attached a separate ground wire to one of the two posts used to attach the light to the trailer to ensure no electrical problems.

Wrong light

I ordered the wrong one, but I couldn’t tell that on line.Mine has led lights and the other was for a bulb. But I only needed the lenses so it worked out.
