Cotton, good, plain & comfortable panties.

Plain, white, 100% cotton panties with no tags to irritate your skin. I guess as we get older we're more interested in comfort than being "sexy". Thongs are suppose to be sexy but I could never wear them! When younger wore the hipsters with high cut legs... no more. I want total comfort! However, these aren't baggy like you might remember old cotton full briefs were-- I think of them as granny panties. There's no riding up or leg elastic showing through tighter fitting garments. The cotton, like in so many things today, isn't as thick and luxurious as it use to be. They are cool and comfortable. The crotch is double layered for more absorbancy. There's nothing worse than planning to wear white pants/jeans/shorts and finding nothing but colored panties in your drawer. and you know that color will show through. That's the advantage to white panties--go with everything. I deducted one star because the cotton is thinner than it use to be.

Pretty much what I expected.

I have worn this brand for many years because I like the cloth covered leg openings. No irritating elastic around my legs. I did find that they seemed to run a little small this time. Still fit, but snug. I will continue to wear this brand and style, as I am overall happy with them. Thank you!

Elastic is tight...

I always wear a 7, but these fit tight. Not so much the cloth portion of them, but the elastic. Have a sore arm right now and, because of that, had to struggle to get into/out of these. Waist is the main problem (and i have a smallish waist). Plan to give them away. Size 8 would be too big overall, even though the elastic would be better, so don't plan to re-order the larger size. Overall quality is good. Thinnish, yes, but still decent cotton quality.

Does not ride up

Didn't cotton underwear used to be softer and more comfortable? These are not uncomfortable, but I remember them being better. Other than that these are just fine for what I was looking for. Simple full coverage underwear that doesn't ride up.

Wanted to love but...

These weren't identical to the ones I bought in store a few years ago eventhough the "no ride up" description is the same. Unfortunately these have a thinner wasteband and ride quite low, making any signs of muffin top spill over. I went nuts and bought two packs of these but think instead of wearing them to work as planned I'll wear them to bed.
