Stay away from this company and product
I've had this for less than one year and it's malfunctioned twice. The sprayer got stuck on full spray and would not go back to regular flow. I ended up fixing itself in a matter of days. This happened with in less than 8 months. It happened again but this time it completely stuck. I put a repair ticket in, never heard back from the company. I've emailed and contacted them multiple times but they never get back to me. I noticed that this model is no longer available. Maybe this is why. Bottom line you can't buy parts for these at stores and the customer service is non existent. So now I'm stuck with an almost 600 dollar paper weight. Should have just purchased a well known American brand that I can actually walk into a store and buy parts from, or buy them online, or that has a service department that cares enough to respond to it's customers.

Love it!
I got this faucet from Amazon warehouse. Hold your cup up high if you don't want it to splash. Excellent water pressure. Someone had returned it for some reason but it is perfect, it's beautiful, it installed in about 15 min with no special tools, it doesn't splash out of the sink, the pistol grip of the sprayer is great and seats nicely every time, the handle and on/off valve are smooth and substantial. I wanted it to replace another tall spout that curved so far down I couldn't easily fill or wash my large pots in my small corner sink. This is perfect. You can't go wrong with Hansgrohe. thanks.

It looks good - but there are a few little quirks that put the score solidly in the middle. First, if you want the sprayer on it has to be at a certain flow to work. You can't just barely turn the water on to use the sprayer. Second, if you want the sprayer back off, you have to turn the water completely off. Finally, it splashes a lot. It's tall, so I expected splash when it was on the sprayer...but it's pretty much any time I turn it on and at most levels that it splashes. But, they are all quirks. I am not unhappy with the product - I just have to work around it's eccentricities because I love how it looks.

A work of art in faucets. Arrived (from a third-party supplier) missing a crucial part, but Hansgrohe agreed to ship the part to me without question or documentation -- impressive company. The aerator does something different with this, and the stream looks like a sculpted piece of acrylic. Its handle's range of motion does not require placement well in front of a backsplash. The care that went into this design is impressive all the way around. Addendum: after three years of use, the hose that runs inside the faucet and connects to its nozzle is weeping. To Hansgrohe's credit, once again, a phone call to their customer service quickly resulted in a replacement hose shipped to me free of charge.

Hansgrohe Metris Kitchen Faucet
This faucet is solidly made and has all of the features that the family needs. Ignore any reviews that complain about insufficient water pressure, as this faucet has strong water pressure in both its normal mode and in spray mode. Also, my wife was concerned that the "pull down" sprayer might not have enough "reach". However- the reach is more than 22 inches and the faucet reaches water pitchers and a large double sink.

Sharp!
Love the design, and it's the most practical handheld sprayer around because of the way you can grab it. My only complain is the mechanism where the sprayer connects to the faucet is cheap. It doesn't fit well everytime. But worth putting up with because none of these style sprayers are perfect.

Cool faucet
This faucet beautiful in a funky way but I find the water flow deceptively low pressured. It seems to fill up as fast but seems weak which I find annoying. However I have no regrets because the pistol grip to change the water stream is awesome.

great looking
Looks great and functions well. One reviewer mentioned that water flow was low but ours seems ok. I wish the retractable portion of the faucet was a bit longer. When fully extended It does not reach the bottom of our deep sink. Overall we are very happy with it
