Very Shiny!

Ok quality, especially for the price. The look is just way too shiny for me, and with a king bed, it's a LOT of shiny in one place!

It passed the test!

I ordered this quilted coverlet set because I loved the rich chocolate brown it appeared to be. I was a little concerned after reading the review that said the stitching all pulled out after the first wash. So I waited to review this until after I had put it to the test. The color is definitely a rich chocolate brown! It’s beautiful. I washed it in my front load machine in cold water on medium spin speed. I dried it on high heat in my dryer (I don’t recommend that for you but I’m a gambler and impatient). It came out pristine. Absolutely gorgeous AND ......... it fits my California king size bed like I always wished one would. I left the sides untucked in the pics so you can see the length on BOTH sides........ no more cheating and shorting one side. LOVE IT. I gave it 4 stars because - if you are going to pay this price then a king size quilt should come with KING SIZE shams. What’s up with the standard size shams???

Pretty disappointed for how much I paid for this quilt set...

It’s okay... Not really what I expected when ordering this quilt. From what I gathered from the product images, it was going to be a pretty white set, it’s definitely ivory or even a little darker. It’s pretty dull in sheen from the product picture. I expected it to have a lot more of a shiny/satin finish (like the product picture.) It’s extra long on the sides, which is nice. It feels kinda like “fabric plastic.” The shams it comes with are HUGE! And not in a good way... I have very thick pillows, and even those are too small for the shams. I was really looking forward to this product since it matched my silver set I got from Pier One (at least it did from the product pictures.) For what I paid for and how long I waited for it, I’m pretty disappointed. You can go onto Z Gallery and spend $10-$20 more for MUCH better quality. Images: 1. Bed in natural light. 2. Close up of pillows against white sheets. 3. The satin quilt set I got from Pier One in comparison to this product.

Slippery Bed spread

It is very nice, soft, bit too shiny but it actually slides off the bed when you are sleeping.

Poor stitching comes out when washed.

This is a beautiful quilt, till its washed the first time. Then its too late to return. I was dumb enough to buy more than one color. . I washed according to the directions. The stitching becomes broken and the fill starts to come out. Thanks so much for ripping me off. Once again, it's BUYER BEWARE.

Beautiful but definitely to small for a queen bed I regret not ordering the king size for my queen bed it would have been a perfect fit
