Not very bright even with stronger bulbs

Like the appearance, reversible blades, remote control. But led bulbs (even with higher watt) do not produce enough light. We bought 4, kept one in a room that had other ceiling lights.

Nice fan, junk remote

I really like this fan because of the clean lines. It doesn't look like the standard fans on display at the store. I was excited for the remote, but after installing it I realized the remote is terrible. The remote feels cheap and it's hard to find in the dark. There is a noticeable lag for the fan to respond. The remote holder is flimsy and feels like it could break at any time. I ended up buying a Lutron wall switch to control the functions separately.

Quiet operation, light is brighter than expected

Replaced a 20 year old Casablanca fan/light in our kitchen. Install was straight forward and easy, no wobble, no noise, no rocket science needed. Hint: make sure the base is installed LEVEL ( use a level ) and secure. Fit and finish is excellent with only 1 surprise, I was expecting to have to replace the led light bulbs with brighter ones but the supplied bulbs lit our kitchen nicely. Ordered on Wednesday evening, arrived Friday afternoon and installed Friday night. Don't you love it when a plan comes together!

Quick install. Loud Motor.

I purchased two of these fans and found them very easy to assemble and install. It took about 60 minutes total from unpackaging to cleaning up the job-site. For reference, I am not a professional. The fan and light combo is compact and takes up less room than the previous fans. The remote works from far distances and other rooms. The biggest downside, the fan's motor is LOUD! We have installed one over our bed and my wife was awaken numerous times last night. I ended up sleeping with a pillow over my head for the last few hours of the morning. Neither of us are light sleepers either. All in all, great fan for the price point, as long as it's not a bedroom fan.

Do not like that I have to get on a step ladder and take off the globe to change the direction of the fan.

Pairing the remote needed

We purchased and installed three of these. Not a difficult installation and two of them have been very reliable. A third one developed problems with the light. At first it flickered, then it became dim, then the remote didn’t work for the light. Fan worked fine. Clearly problem was internal electronics. The fix ended up pairing the fans transmitter and remote. Easy operation, page 8 of the instructions, and we turned off the power to the other fans as instructed. All is now good. Hunter tech service had us going down another path and bypassing the transmitter. Not sure why but glad we didn’t.

Gorgeous

This fan is beautiful. Since my house is 100 years old it took some doing to figure out a way to rig up a support system in my ceiling, but the fan itself was very easy to install. It is my first ceiling fan so i have nothing to compare it to, but I think it's quiet. Just a soft hum from the motor. The fan is so attractive compared to most other fans. I have very low ceilings and the low profile works great for me.

Good quality

I am satisfied. I ordered two fans. Installation by our electrician easy and fast. He said it was nicest fan he’s ever installed. Second fan had incorrect housing so are awaiting the replacement so we can return the incorrect one. Not sure if an issue but globe must come off to reverse blade direction for air flow. Wd have given a five except for shipping issues.

Love this absolutely silent fan! It is best for a high ceiling in a big room, in my opinion.

We had this fan installed by an electrician this week. It arrived so quickly and it is the quietest fan I have ever not heard! Really, it's just a wonderfully quiet fan. The electrician commented that he really enjoyed installing it, as it was a first class product. I would suggest though, that if you don't have high ceilings, the smaller fan would be a better choice. This one is very large and we have low ceilings. It feels like an off-white helicopter is right above us at night....BUT it is a silent helicopter, so no complaints! It's a nice looking fan...very modern looking, if that is what you like. I hate LED lights so won't be using the ones that are included with the fan, as the glow is stark and cold. A very good purchase though!

Best ceiling fan

My most recent Hunter fan purchase was to replace a 30 year old Hunter fan that ran continuously except when cleaning the blades. Replacement Hunter fan does not disappoint. Hunter advertises whisper quiet operation & that is exactly what you get. Remote control makes it easy to operate. I have numerous Hunter fans throughout the house & each works beautifully.

Good fan

Quick delivery but the order was left unattended at my door. Excellent after sales service after a damaged part issue. The fan works well and looks great although there is a bit more of a humming sound that I would like. Overall, I am satisfied with this purchase.
