Beautiful but fragile

I've had this for a year, and it has not held up well, especially for the price I paid. Snags very easily and random holes are opening up because the weave is so loose. I've washed it as little as possible, about three times since I bought it. It's very very pretty, and I love the design of the shams and the hidden buttons on the hem, but it also gets and stays wrinkly easily. Definitely don't buy if you have a cat with claws.

Never as luxurious as the photo

The quality is lovely. Well sewn, good sturdy fabric, the chenille decorative portion survived washing and drying perfectly. It's not particularly soft since it is a rougher woven linen type fabric. I will work on it with my wool dryer balls to soften it up and it will be just fine. My only complaint is that there is not a lot of over hang, down the sides. The Duvet is not at all "small" the measurements are spot on with what is advertised, but the sides and bottom do not hang down far for a nice look, like in styling photos. Wondering if my bed is freakishly huge for King size. I can't seem to find anything as large as I want. If you want lots of overhang, size up to a King for a queen, but I guess for a King there's nothing to size up to.

This is an amazing duvet cover!!! I’m not sure what all the negative reviews are about… it is super soft, the tufted part is heavenly. Sophisticated, boho, cozy. I didn’t have a duvet, but I did have a fluffy comforter. J used the ties inside the duvet cover to tie really tight around the corners of the comforter and it basically works like a duvet! It hasn’t budged and I tied it about 3 months ago (plus my husband and I toss and turn, plus I’m up several times a night to feed my baby so this can withstand lots of jostling!)

Only Softness is OK

Only softness is ok but it's not comfortable to me. Probably I am not used to this kind of materials. And the price is quite high but it doesn't reach my expect.

Cozy and beautiful

This duvet set is so pretty! I love the colors and texture of the details on the top of the duvet cover and pillow cases, although those did shed a little when I first pulled it out of the bag. The material is a bit scratchy but it softened up after the first wash and I suspect it will continue to soften as time goes on. I wouldn't consider this item the best value for your money, but its a very nice set and it feels to be good quality. I look forward to using this for a long time.

So worth it!!

This duvet cover set is so gorgeous. I just love the quality and weight of the fabric, and the pattern on the inside is such a nice touch. I also love the hidden button closures at the bottom and the long ties in the inside corners of the duvet cover which allow you to keep the duvet in place. This purchase was a splurge for me but I absolutely love it!!

Sheds a small amount

This duvet cover is super cute and perfect for my daughters rustic wolf themed bedroom. The cover is of high quality cotton and is thick enough that you do not see through the material. I bought it to cover a thick duvet as she sleeps in the basement where it is quite chilly. She is plenty warm using these, one other thin blanket and her sheets of course. The embellishments going down the centre do shed a small amount but are in no way a nuisance or a deterrent to enjoying using it. The brown, small amounts of red, cream, and black pull all the colours in her room beautifully together and add to the bohemian sought after look. It has been washed two or three times and has held up well. We do not iron it but simply dry and immediately put it back on the duvet. I noticed some of the reviews said it was too thin to be a comforter. Unfortunately they did not read the description carefully enough and they bought a duvet cover, not a comforter. This cover does not come in comforter form.
