The dogs love them!

I have 2 small dogs (17 lbs each) and they adore chasing after these balls inside the house. If you have hard floors (not carpet) and a small dog, or 2, or more .. give this a try for indoor exercise. The balls bounce and clack off the floor and the dogs go nuts trying to catch them mid-flight or bat them with their paws as they bounce off walls, furniture etc. I do a supervised play session since if I leave them alone with the balls, they will chew them into an unrecognizable shape which no longer bounces. That is why the 4 star .. I need someone to make these specifically as dog toys, and just a bit harder so they can't be chewed out of shape. But the size is perfect for smaller dogs and the holes allow them to easily pick them up. Recommended for small dog playtime although I know that is not their primary use!

Does the job

I purchased these practice balls for 2 reasons. 1) so that i can chip golf balls in my house at anytime of the day without worrying about putting a hole into the wall, or worse, waking up the old lady. for that purpose, they did just wonderful. 2) I wanted to get familiar with my swing and aim. after using these for a few hours i was able to think less about power and swing speed, and focus more on just practicing a fluent chip shot. after a few days of using these in my house(bad weather) i hit the local course and let me tell ya, ive seen a definite improvement on my short game as far as taking all the thought of power and stroke, and just focusing on my aim. For the price, you cant beat it!

Great for cat toys!

These were a lot smaller than I had thought they were going to be when I bought them. LOL. I bought them in hope's to use for my son's birthday party, but I didn't use them because they were tiny, But I still kept them and gave them to my cat's to play with. :) I suggest the seller or amazon to put the size of the balls in description so people know what size to except. Overall the balls are nice, They are plastic golf ball size, I guess I should have looked at the golf ball practice sign on them. Oh well. They can in handy for cat toys. Thanks.

These are great! The usually get a dent in them after a hit, but the dents fix themselves over time. I dented every one of them one day, then came back to use them the next day and the balls fixed themselves. None of them were dented the next day. But the value for these isn't great on Amazon. These are half price at walmart.

Perfect! I bought these for my son

Perfect! I bought these for my son, to go along with his Jr. Set Golf Clubs. He's just learning to golf and these practice balls are great for backyard use. I am a golfer, so I tested these out myself. I have a good feel. They fly with fairly accurate trajectory, but the distance is limited (which is of course the point). The have been used multiple times and they haven't bent or snapped.

They are brightly colored, but yes, a three year old boy can lose them.

They are good for most people wanting to keep track of the balls outside in bright or overcast days, but if you are not watching where they hit it, a three year old can hit even this brightly colored ball into the same time-space warp that contains all those single socks that went in, but never come out of the dryer. For anyone, other than said three year old boys who obviously weren't watching or care (OOOOOK I'm the adult and I should have been watching) in which direction they hit the ball, the balls can be found easily and are great.
