Inside out construction is mediocre

The fabric is very soft and the shirt is decent quality. However, in the process of making this shirt sensory friendly, the seams are sewn with the extra fabric of the seam on the outside. This would be OK if the serging had been trimmed uniformly all the way around. Both of the sleeves have spots (shown in pictures) where the trimming is not precise, making it look like the hems were sloppily done inside out.
