Inaccurate Sizing
I was excited with the back closure as the other bras I had purchased without the back closure (Nike example) were way to tight on my rib cage and made taking off the bra similar to a straight jacket. This bra too runs tight in the rib cage. I am 69 and it is all I can do to get the bra hooked. After washing it was even worse. I asked my husband for help and even he couldn't get the bra hooked. Otherwise the shoulder padding is nice and the bra seems well made. I wear a 36 almost B so support is not a big feature for me - just coverage. But I laughed when I looked at the size range as no way would this fit a larger breasted women that are suggested in the sizing. I bought a size Medium and as stated it is way to tight on my ribs. The pricing on the bra is good so I might purchase a large in the future and see if it works any better for me.

This is my favorite every day bra
I absolutely love this bra! So much so I ordered another one. It has the support of a sports bra without making it feel or look like your girls are just squished down! I bought it for work, I am very physically active at work and a regular bra is unpractical. I love wearing this so much, I actually prefer it on a daily basis when I’m not working as well ;) It does stretch a little over time, so when in doubt maybe go smaller to ensure the support you need. Would and probably will buy again ;)

Good support
Ok, I like the comfort level of the straps - they are padded! BUT, I bought my actual size and it is almost too tight. I have it on the last hook enclosure and it is a tiny bit uncomfortable. I am hoping with time it will stretch out. So, if you are looking for overall comfort, consider a band size bigger than what you typically buy. Otherwise, the material is good and support is good. I like a sports bra with traditional straps that won't fall so this one fits the bill.

Not for larger busts
I am a 38C and typically a size large in tops. I ordered an XL in this and it was ridiculously small. Even if it had fit around my back (I could have forced it but chose not to), about a fourth of my boobs were spilling out the side of the cups to an extreme degree. I wouldn’t recommend if you’re bigger than a B cup and/or have wider set breasts.

Ruined on the first wash
On the first washing (!) the bra pad from one cup migrated onto the other side, and it's impossible to work through the fabric in order to get the pad back into its original position. VERY poor design.

Straps
For this to be "high impact" the straps need to be able to be shortened more. As you wear it it will stretch making it even less supportive. Washing and drying shrinks it some but will still just stretch out again as you workout.

Easy on Easy off
Like this exercise bra because it hooks in the back and is easy to take on and off especially when sweaty from a workout! The straps are comfortable with the padded shoulders. The only thing I don’t like is the moveable cup pads especially after washing but it’s only a minor annoyance.

Glad I went one size down from their size chart- it runs a little big. I'm a 34B/32C and the small fit perfectly. I dislike racerback sports bras because they are always too tight on my shoulders. I bought this for running and it looks like it has just enough support so that it holds you in but won't suffocate you. The straps are cushioned so they don't dig into your skin. EDIT: Wore it for the first time- it was perfect for running. After I washed it, the cups shifted a little bit, but all bras with removable cups do that. EDIT2: Two years later, still one of my favorite bras for high impact. Going to order it in another color
