So this wagon gets 4 stars. When I first opened the box there was a loose bolt and nut. Stickers that came off of the tires were stuck randomly on everything else. There were no tools included and the instructions do not tell you which tools you need. I spent more time searching for the right tools than actually assembling the product. Many may not even have these tools. I used a screwdriver, pliers, 1/2" wrench and 22 socket wrench. When I put the side panels on I was very disappointed; it did not at all come together right. I was a little frustrated and ready to send it back, until I rearranged the panels. It actually did come together after that, but it is hard to tell from the instructions that there is a certain direction that they need to go. When it is put together backwards, it works well enough that it just looks like a crappy wagon. All things considered I should give it 3 stars, but when you finally get it together right, it is actually a pretty nice little wagon. It works great and turns on a dime, which is why I gave one star back. Assembly time is relatively quick when you know which tools you need and know that the panel direction matters.

Woopy it works..
The media could not be loaded. I tied this to my RC mower to help me around my yard. I used one of the legs off a metal folding chair as a draw bar. Big problem is the front wheel axle yoke assembly. The nut threads had to be chased with a die and the nut unscrews you need to keep an eye on it. This was fixed by drilling the hole bigger in the draw bar to slip a solid metal tube in wih a washer on top and bottom then screw the nut tight, just make sure the sleave is long enuf not to bind. Now off for a ride on my green(painted red) wagon around my yard.????

Good Cart but clips are a bit loose.
Cart works well and feels very sturdy. Only reason for 4 star is that the clips can come loose on their own if you are going over rough terrain. i almost lost one on the first day while moving some yard clipings.

Good product, BUT poorly packaged.
Good product, BUT poorly packaged (sharp edges broke through box!). Manufacturer apparently doesn't realize product's potential to break through packaging - sharp edges not protected. Amazon shipping folks had to have noticed holes already in box. Several parts apparently fell out during shipping. UPS clearly made no attempt to fix or cover broken box, thus several parts fell out!! Very Upset!!!

No written assembly Instructions.
This little garden cart is very nice once it's put together. No written instructions came with it. Just had little pictures with symbols to indicate what goes with what on the parts list. Sturdy cart and perfect size to carry dirt and other such bags to my lower level on property.

its ok
showed up in a damaged box and with a bent panel. other then that its looks sturdy enough and the bent piece didnt affect my ability to put it together. so its ok, will have to use it to see how good it will stand the test of time.
