Get these Insoles
Just got through hiking the Grayson Highlands Loop and Mt. Rogers Trail (15 miles). These insoles worked great and my feet stayed comfortable under my 185 lbs frame and 30 lbs pack. I highly recommend these insoles for anyone with a medium arch.

Good solution
I used these in my new Merrill Moab hiking boots because I needed a bigger insole. They worked well!

Wearing out with approximately 40 days of use
These inserts are wearing out very fast. After about 40 days of use these inserts already have holes worn into the liner. Not worth the price. Keen products do not last like they used to

If you use external arches (not custom orthotics), these are the best!
Wow is all I can say. I have always had trouble walking since I was a child and found out later on in life that the reason was due to fibrous tarsal coalitions in my ankles. Apparently the imaging technology in the 80's and 90's didn't capture this type of coalition very well so it was commonly missed. Unfortunately I am too old for correction so I had my left ankle fused a few years ago to relieve the intense pain. As part of my therapy, my doctor had me using inserts to help correct my fallen arches and to help redistribute pressure away from the screws. He told me that custom orthotics were not necessary as long as I invested in some good shoes and quality inserts. I've tried almost every thing since my fusion and very few pairs of shoes/sneakers/boots can stand up to the way I apparently walk now. Not sure why, but most pairs last 6 months before I wear the left shoe down to uselessness; either the sole fails or the leather fails to align my foot properly and folds in on itself such that my foot is hanging over the sole. I've sort of resigned myself to buying 2-3 pairs of shoes a year now but I've also found that these types of inserts do help a lot with my walking. I got these Keen's a few weeks back and I've been walking on them in my main pair of shoes (Caterpillar Men's Streamline Leather CT Work Shoe) and I can't say enough good things about them. I love the way my feet feel when I walk on them and they have reduced the daily tension that accumulates when I'm on my feet during long days. I intend to purchase more of these at some point but I am so thankful to the manufacturer for giving me the opportunity to try these through Vine. If you have problems with your feet and are looking for a quality set of inserts to help deal with the pain that often results, please do yourself a favor and try these out! I know from the many years of dealing with my own issues that there is no one panacea, but these have gone a long way in my book to warrant this 5-star review (a rating I don't give often). I highly recommend this product!

Good support. Caution with sizing.
Product. Keen Mens K-30 Medium Arch FootBed. Before ordering these, I checked my arch type. You wet your foot and step on a piece of cardboard. The Mayo Clinic shows footprints for high arch, medium arch, low arch. The Keen packaging also shows it. The medium is supposed to fit 8.5 to 10. These were too long for my size 9 Skecher shoes. They bunched up at the toe. They were also too long for my size 9 New Balance. They fit perfectly in my size 9.5 New Balance walkers, and in my Anodyne size 10. I order different size shoes to accommodate a bunion. My Anodyne athletic style shoe is very comfortable from a standpoint of accommodating my bunion, but with little support. I can't walk any distance in them without my feet tiring from mediocre arch support. I placed these inside my size 10 Anodyne, and did a 3 mile power walk. It was a tremendous improvement in cushioning my feet. Rating. 5 stars, support and comfort. 3 stars, sizing. It does not appear that this FootBed is made to be cut down.

Excellent Insoles, Expensive
These are excellent insoles that are far better than typical stock ones. The heel cup has an elastic cushioning rubber design that provides very good rebound. The arch support has a wide sweet spot because it can vary depending on how much pressure is put on it. It is trim-able at the toe, but only a little compared to one size fits all insoles that you can trim a lot off of. These Medium ones fit a size 10 shoe very well. I am not sure why these are priced at nearly half the cost of new KEEN shoes. I wish they came with KEEN footwear. If you aren't experiencing a comfortable fit, but love your shoe style, you might want to give a new pair of insoles a try. They can make a big difference.

Good insoles; More firm than cushioned
When I opened the box and took these insoles out, I was kind of disappointed because I thought they seemed too thin and not cushioned enough to be good insoles. But when I put them in a pair of walking boots and actually used them, I was pleasantly surprised by how well they performed. I have experience with Keen sport sandals and I do think Keen is a company that understands performance footwear and that these insoles are an example of that. Somehow they are enough of both support and impact cushioning to give a good result. I have some insoles that are highly cushioned and I do like that, but I'm now seeing that this style is also good. I'm expecting to get many miles of good walking out of these insoles. If you're on your feet a lot, these are well worth considering.
