Great once you get them on
First off. I am a Keen fan. I purchased these for wet and snowy weather. The ankle area is a bit small so they take some work to put on. The loop is key to gettimg them on so I dread the day the loops break. I put in lamb inserts and now my feet are toasty warm. I haven't had any issues with wet feet either. I just have to wonder how much better the shoes would be with a zipper to get them on easier.

Runs small, narrow toe, no support, uncomfortable
I ordered these in both a size 8.5 and 9 as reviewers said it ran big, they actually run very small. They are narrower in the toes which was unexpected considering the shape. They’re actually somewhat hard to get on and off; you have to squeeze and wiggle your foot in. The interior of the shoe hits and rubs against the ankle and any amount of walking would bother me. Maybe this improves over time and they would break in but I don’t know as I did not keep them. “Arch support” is minimal which I’ve come to realize with this brand as a whole especially w/ their clogs, mules and slippers as I’ve bought numerous pairs over the last few months as I’ve been in search of something that will offer comfort and a good amount of arch support. This is primarily why I bought these specifically as reviewers were raving about the support and comfort they offered but I do NOT agree at all. I do like Keen’s Elsa sneakers but other than that after multiple Keen attempts I’ve been disappointed.

I like the roomyness.
You will need a shoe horn to get into these boots. Very small opening without much give. Nice wide, square toe box to move your toes.

Hard to get on first couple months
Very hard to pull on the first couple months. Better now and no tears in pull on strap

Staple winter shoe
I've worn these every time I've left the house since they showed up. They keep me warm, are slip resistant for Chicago streets and have kept my warm. Would buy again!

TOO SNUG TO GET ON EASILY
Is definitely NOT an easy-fitting boot. It is quite a struggle to get on. Once on, it seems comfortable, but I dislike fighting with a boot to get it on. Because the neck of the boot is so snug, I could imagine it rubbing on my lower leg, potentially causing skin to get rubbed on, unless you wear thick socks, which then makes the boot harder to get on. Back to Amazon it went!

Disappointing — Poor Design
I returned these shoes the day after buying them because there was no way to easily wear them. The design results in a constricted entry with heavy elastic of limited stretch ability. This required inching my way into the shoe while trying to pull it from the back. Getting them off was equally challenging — a boot jack or second person would be needed for regular use. They felt o.k. while on (same good Keen fit) but I could not imagine having to repeat this struggle every time I want to wear them and remove them.
