not very sturdy for my purpose

I was using this as a ceiling rod to hang a divider curtain on. I bought 4 extra sturdy hooks with screws and anchors and I believe that the hooks are of importance here. If on window would definately need middle hook if curtains are on the heavier side or may bow. Just buy proper hardware that is bought seperately.

Grab these!

Beautiful curtain rods! Our old home has narrow windows and these fit perfectly while still adding elegance to the window treatment! These look beautifully antiqued and fit gorgeously in casual settings, or they could be dressed up! They are on the smaller side, so they are most likely best for a cafe curtain or narrow windows

Great for valances

Some people write reviews saying these are flimsy or don't hold their heavy curtains well. I could picture these bowing under a lot of weight. But these are absolutely perfect for lighter-weight curtains. I got them for valances, and they're exactly what I wanted and look and work great.

Easy to install

These did not come with all of that hardware. I think there was one screw missing, but luckily I had one the same size to substitute. They look nice. I’m using them for a lighter sheer curtain. Probably don’t want to use a heavy curtain with these

Love the expansion

I ordered 3 rodes. I liked these especially because I didn't have to buy 2 different sizes when generally I would for two different windows. The one sized fit both types of window. I was excited when my package came and ready to get my curtains up. I was disappointed when I opened the nice Amazon box and found one of the rodes damaged. It was packaged damaged. The delivery was good. A damaged product was out in the box. It was so disappointing that I was only able to do 2 windows and now have to wait for the replacement and on top of that I have to make a trip to have it returned in order to not be charged for it.

Curtain rod doesn't extend from 48" to 86" as advertised its a max 48" rod.

Production description says "adjusts from 48-86" to fit your window". It doesn't it's been a waste of money. To get a refund I'll have to pay for international shipping so I might just chalk up two of these as a loss. So I've lost $33 due to incorrect product description.
