Awesome piece of equipment

Awesome piece of equipment. Perfectly packaged, every piece nestled in its own recess, most packed in bubble wrap. Machining is very nice and I say that as someone who programs metal turning CNC machines for a living. The joints in the handles are so perfect that they look like a single piece turned from bar stock. Plating is perfect, assembly is clean and easy. Flow is great, (1/2" supply lines in my case YMMV). I didn't even take the flow restrictor out of the handpiece, there is no need. Suggestions for the maker: Put some time into the instructions. Illustrations are great, detailed and easy to see details. Instructions themselves are rudimentary. Include some cone seals in place of the flat washers for the hookups, you have a nice angled seat on the threaded inlets, why not use them? The flat washers require a perfect mating supply line to seal, (or excessive force if reusing a supply line.) Suggestions for buyers: If you are buying one of these, get some better seals. If you don't have a full service plumbing supply house nearby and need new supply lines, order them with the faucet as the big box stores don't often carry them. A Bondhaus ball driver makes tightening the set screws on the handles much easier as you can come at them from an angle. You will want teflon tape for a couple of joints, the instructions tell you where to put it. Pay no attention to the minor quibbles, this is a great product, it is really nice to see a product this well made in this day and age.

Excellent Quality Faucet

This is a very solid well built faucet with a great fit and finish. It is also made to repair, unlike many in this style that are made to be replaced. Good quality in every way.

GOOD VALUE

After using this faucet for nearly 6 years, I can say that it is a "safe" purchase. Now, with that being said, my only complaint is that the faucet handles tend to fall off occasionally. This can be annoying. Luckily, we never lost the screws down the drain. I guess I could have bought Locktight for a permanent set. The faucet works great for doggy baths too. The hand held shower is heavy enough that you when you set it down, it rolls over spraying up in the air. That is a challenge when shampooing the dogs. Other than that, I've been pleased with purchase.

Great faucet at a great price

This has been a great faucet and we have had it for over a month. The water pressure In the hand shower is excellent! We had a plumber uninstall this because the old faucet needed to be cut off. The plumber did need a piece to retrofit this to our existing plumbing (something to do with the diameter of the connectors. We did have one incident where the handle came off when my 8 year old was operating, but after adjusting the screw (which was very easily done it has never happened again) it was fine. This is the same brand I found at a local big box store that would have taken me a week to get for 100-150 dollars more. This was the best price on this faucet and I got it in 2 days with prime. This purchase was defiantly a great purchase for us, but I can't speak to the installation as we had a plumber to do that for us.

Decent

This is a decent faucet for the price but you get what you pay for. Handles are not attached in anyway so they fall off regularly. The white handle on the sprayer spins constantly While taking a shower .. So if you don't have a curtain (and we don't) we end up spraying things other than our selfs. It's beautiful faucet and if you're looking for this kind of set up and don't have a lot of money this is a great faucet to buy but just know you get what you pay for. If you can afford a more expensive model then buy that one because you'll be much more satisfied. Even if I could redo my purchase Id still buy this model I'm okay with the minor issues for the price I paid.
