Great product for the price, except the shower head did not match the faucet at all. It has chrome finish and the faucet is nickel. I have no problem with that.. We installed hand shower anyway... Works

COMES WITHOUT MATCHING SHOWER TRIM ESCUTCHEON SCREWS

The shower valve is exactly what we were looking for to match our existing sink faucets in both color and style. Unfortunately the set did not come with the matching screws to attach the escutcheon plate to the shower valve. I contacted the company to have the screws sent within a few days of purchase. Got a canned response stating that they did not provide replacement parts over 60 days from purchase. I sent a second email that included a copy of the purchase receipt, Still no response after several days. Called the phone number on the first email. Still no response. Additionally our plumber ordered a second valve. His did not come with screws either. I am giving 1 star because the valve is very nice, but since the only way to complete the installation is with screws that don't match, the whole effect is destroyed unless we can obtain bronze screws that fit from another source. Obviously unable to return since it is already installed with screws that don't match since it never occurred to us or our plumber that this could not be easily corrected. UPDATE: I was finally able to call the company and actually talk to a person who sent the screws. So they eventually fixed the problem. The persistence was worth it since had I needed to buy the screws would have cost $30. They are almost $8 EACH!!
