Beautiful faucet

I purchased this faucet to replace our builder grade faucet. I purchased it mostly for the aesthetic but I am so pleased with the function of this faucet. It seemed to make our water pressure go up instantly. It is the first thing people ask about when they enter our kitchen. I would definitely recommend this faucet if you are looking to make a statement in your kitchen. It is tall so scale (as far as ceiling height) may be something to consider before you buy. Worth the money!

wrong color no biggie when you touch it and the thumb trigger flies off and nobody will help you :(

UPDATE they took care of me immediately and I love this Fossett glad they accidentally sent me the chrome one it is so beautiful and works so well I am only giving this one star until I get some response from the seller I sent a big email to them and Amazon and was told I would be contacted but never have been. I ordered it in rubbed bronze and when I got it I stored it until my counters were put in and sink installed which was a few weeks it’s packaged very good. When I opened the box it was Chrome instead of rubbed bronze but I immediately fell in love with it. The installation went simple and it’s a very sturdy structure as far as the main structure goes. I turn the faucet on and push the two buttons back and forth that go from a regular stream to a nice spray. The nice spray however has stray streams going in different directions so that was a little annoying.l, however the huge issue is as soon as I pushed the thumb trigger it flew off into the sink with a little black piece of plastic that apparently is the plunger one of the little hinge pieces which are just cheap little plastic tabs isn’t even on the faucet so I can see why it fell off. For $700 and something dollars You would expect this not to be so flimsy. I can still use the Fossett but I don’t have the trigger spray which would be nice when rinseing the sink out or heavy grime. It looks great and everything else is nice but the trigger. I sent emails to Amazon and Buildcom with no response other than an email from Amazon saying no further action was required by me and the seller would be contacting me which they never have. If they will take the time to address my concerns I will gladly raise the star level but at the moment I am more perturbed that nobody seems to give a crap.

The best faucet

We did a lot of research and I admit I was tentative about buying a faucet off Amazon, but the reviews helped and we loved the look and features. We absolutely love it. It is expensive but it looks and feels expensive. Great flow and I love that you can set it to spray when you first turn it on. It doesn’t default to stream after turning off. The v shaped sweeping stream is high pressure and great for rinsing food off of dishes and cleaning your sink. It reaches everywhere in my large sink. The magnet to replace the nozzle on the arm is great. All that said, it also looks so good in my kitchen! We installed it in about 20 min after removing our old faucet. If you’re willing to throw down some money on your kitchen faucet, get this one. You won’t be disappointed!

Perfect in every way!

My husband and I just bought our first home and this faucet was a gift (from me to me, haha) to be installed right after closing. We had about a week of installation issues but it was more so because of the tubing and fittings (are those the right terms?) that the builders of our home used that weren’t compatible with the faucet... so after a week of hunting down the right parts, we got it installed and let me just say - it’s AMAZING. My husband was a bit irritated and reluctant when I ordered it because of the price, but once we got it up and running, I’m pretty sure my husband loves it more than I do! I can tell it’s a super high quality faucet and it works exactly as expected. No leaks or loose parts/pieces. Nothing about the faucet feels flimsy and I haven’t found anything about it that makes me worry it will break or wear out. Best first upgrade of our new home we could’ve made! So highly recommend! I know it’s expensive; I believe it’s worth every cent!

Great Functionality

Purchased to get larger range water source from faucet pivot. Sprays are pretty impressive from straight stream to V-shaped hi-intensity for rinsing. Shower spray seems gentle but works well to rinse dishes as well. Only issue was having to install a 1/2" piece of wood under the stainless steel sink to keep the sink from flexing. Otherwise, was pretty simple installation.

Powerful and beautiful but...

Bought this faucet in 2019 for a kitchen renovation. Completed the reno this year. Been using the faucet for normal use during the last month and the trigger that controls the spray pattern already broke and fell off. As others have said the black plastic pins that lock in the spray trigger fall out and go down the drain. Going to try to contact Kohler to see if they will supply replacement pins. It is a beautiful faucet but for the $500+ cost it should be better designed. 12/13/2020 Update: I contacted Kohler and I received an email stating that they will be sending out a new replacement faucet head. I will update again when the replacement part arrives. 1/12/2021 Update: Kohler sent me the replacement head and it was easy to swap out. I've been using it now over a week and no trigger issues. Not sure if they just sent me a new head or if the new heads pins were reengineered? Anyway bumped up to 4 stars. I'll update with any issues.

Perfect

When we remodeled I searched high and low for faucets between $300 and almost $2000. This faucet at $700 is absolutely amazing. I have had it for 2 years now with zero issues. It is very well built and I see it lasting many many years. Everyone that visits makes a comment with how nice it is. In fact two of our friends bought one after seeing ours. Could not be happier.

Dream Faucet

I have been eye balling this faucet for several months now but I couldn't justify spending so much. After months and months of not finding the exact style faucet I was looking for I decided to just splurge and buy the one I really wanted. I am so extremely happy I finally bought it. I wish I had bought it sooner. Not only is it absolutely stunning, it is very high quality. Super easy to install as well. The water pressure and the different spray features are great! Highly recommended!

Made in China

Add says country of origin is America. Box says “made in China”. Disappointing and totally misleading. I make buying choices largely related to things not being made in China. When something says it isn’t (as is priced as such) then arrives clearly saying it is I find that completely misleading. Terrible
