I needed a replacement for a leaking hose with this same part number in polished nickel, where I purchased the original in 2012 that looks like the picture with the hex nut on one end. This new hose has the tapered fittings on both ends which doesn’t look as “premium”. My main gripe is that the outer metal jacket is different. Where the old one had 6 windings per inch, the new one has only four and is much lighter in weight. Kohler clearly went on the cheap with this hose and I even thought they put the wrong part in the box. I returned it and repurchased it from another retailer resulting in the same disappointment. The nickel finish is also a few shades closer to chrome compared to all my 2012 fixtures which I am not fond about. Not worth the money.
