Seems smaller than a king size.

It does not have very much overhang, and it is very flat, even after washing and drying. The light blue is a beautiful color though, and it is very soft so I am keeping it. I feel it is worth the money.

Color exactly what I wanted

All things considered it was what I wanted. Except it is somewhat small for my King size bed. Not enough hang over on the sides. Reason for a 4 star rating,

Definitely buy this

I think the fact that this quilt is 100% cotton makes this so nice. No heavy polyester or fluff, and you can throw it in the wash. Helps with nights sweats! Wish I bought this sooner!

This quilt is beautiful, but shrinks. I followed the instructions for laundering. I have a king size mattress with no box spring, and the sides are too short after laundering and drying on low, which took multiple cycles.

Great quilt!

Most quilt I found on Amazon after searching for a cotton quilt had cotton outer covers and 100% polyester filling. These are all advertised as 100% cotton quilt which is very deceptive. This product still has some polyester (80% cotton+20% polyester filling with 100% cotton outer covers) but it is the lowest polyester count filling quilt I could find that was under $200. That being said, I really love this quilt. It is perfect as a transitional weather cover as it is very breathable and light but more sturdier than cotton blankets. I have couple of knitted style cotton blankets that got damaged from pet claws catching on the threads. This quilt is pet-safe since there isn't any area where claws can grab onto. I got a king size quilt for my queen size bed so I have extra drape on the sides and I'm happy I did that as I think queen would have been too small, especially if you have 2 people sharing the bed. I get about 14-15" of the quilt draping on each side. The quilt was too big for my small apartment sized washer so I had to take it to a laundromat and use the triple-load washer but it washed very well. Overall, I think it's a great quality quilt and recommend it to anyone looking for affordable cotton quilt.

Very pleased with the product

Exactly what I wanted, colour as shown, excellent quality as always with with Laura Ashley products. Delivery was fast came before time indicated. The only downside was the pillow shames, much larger than the average pillow size more like a small bolster.

Lovely fabric

Beautifully made with good workmanship. Looks lovely on my double bed. I think this will be perfect in the winter as well as the summer as sometimes I sleep warm. I can always add another blanket in the winter if needed.
