Removable cap makes it extra handy

I have a several Barienet/Barlow winches that require a special tool to remove, in order to clean and lube. The tool was not included with the boat when we purchased it from the previous owner, so I was unable to remove those winches. At least until I found this handle. The plastic tab is removable, which allows me to put the handle in place, slide a hex key through the hole, and into the screw that could not otherwise be removed. Then I just grasp the handle, which prevents the screw from rotating with the winch as I unscrew it. The perfect solution, and an extra winch handle on board as well.

Non locking not indicated

Description don't indicate this is non-locking. Refund for return is taking more than a month. Any longer will feel like ploy to hold returners monies. No avenues to contact anyone regarding expected turnaround for refund.
