Waterproof and stays put!
I tried this product in brown because it was recommended by Ashley Graham - she makes it look so easy, of course. It takes some practice, but the practice of using the solid part of the wand to smudge the liquid liner side ensures that your eyes are lined smoothly and professionally. It is amazingly stay-put; more so than any other eye liner I've tried.

Looks great! The liquid liner feels like a lipstick and takes a little bit to dry. But once dry it’s great and the bottom liner looks good as well :)

Stays pretty well
You can sleep in it. You can make fine lines or thick. I like that the crayon let's you practice first to get the cat eye even. Then go over it with the liquid. The brown is good not orangey just nice dark brown.

1. Llegó roto al que llaman crayón khôl se siente un poco seco , para ponerlo en el ojo si tenía que darle varias pasadas, en la mano fue más rápido, "NO es a prueba de agua". 2. El líquido tengo una especie amor odio, me gusta el color, pero al hacer la línea en el ojo la primera salida del producto se puede hacer la línea delgada pero en lo que lo hago se seca ( puede ser porque soy lenta) pero al sacar producto de nuevo se junta en medio y no en la punta y se hace más gruesa la línea (no soy experta en delineados) y tarda en secar pero lo que queda en el envase seca rápido, "SI es a prueba de agua" lo probé en mi mano y si aguanto varias lavadas, en el ojo lo probé y si me costó retirarlo pero el clima era agradable, tengo que probarlo en un clima húmedo.

Precise, dramatic bold lines & actually waterproof!
I am a regular user of liquid eyeliner, but usually opt for the felt tip option for precision and more control. This one has exceeded my expectations on this front. It's the perfect contender for nights out or when I want a bit more of a dramatic look. Pros: • Liquid brush is actually fairly easy to control. I've managed to create fine flicks too similar to what I'd usually achieve • Pencil is soft and can be blended and smudged • Together, you can achieve a very bold look • Convenient all in one, so you can just pop it in your handbag for touch ups • Actually waterproof: my eyes water and it stays put! Cons: • As found with liquid pens like this, I find it hard to not let it bleed over my lashes when I'm applying. Probably a technique thing, so it's not worth deducting marks for As per mentioned, I haven't used a liquid liner like this one in a while. They have their benefits though, like if you look after them they tend to last longer than felt pens and dry out less quickly. But, this one really has been impressive so far. First things first... It came sealed which you'd expect. It took me forever to get the plastic off! Not really a complaint but wow it took a long time. The liquid side is a screw top (smart for less spills) with the pencil side a pull top. It's the same size as a standard liner, nice and thin and comfortable to hold. The liquid liner was pleasantly easy to apply. You can easily remove any excess by dabbing it off on the edge, and I achieved my flicks by doing this and using less fluid on the ends to get a really thin line first, and then did the main thick lines of my eyes after. I do have difficult keeping the fluid off my lashes, and it did seep through to my bottom lid a few times. But it wipes off fairly easy when wet so isn't too hard to correct. It dries relatively quickly, but not too quickly so there's room for corrections! It's also very comfy to hold during application as it's longer than most eyeliner pens in this style. The pencil side is as expected. A screw-top liner that's lovely and soft, smooth to apply to the inner lid line but equally easy to apply on the outer edge where you can smudge it for a cat eye effect. A really strong, dark and pigmented line. Both liners haven't aggravated my sensitive eyes, although I do usually find any liners on my lower lids do make my eyes water a bit. But, so far, it's stayed put over a night out and in the car with air-con, even in the corners where my eyes tend to water and liner usually comes off - so, I'm pretty sure I can agree it is waterproof! And I've had no itchiness at all. Taking it off isn't too difficult, but I always double cleanse with a balm and then micellar water so it's gentle on my eyes. Using the right products, it's fine to remove. All in all, from a daily wearer of eyeliner who wanted something a bit more dramatic for nights out and special events, I'd definitely recommend this. It's truly waterproof (far better than others I've used with this claim!) and having two in one is super convenient. It gives a pretty cat-eye look with strong, intense and dark lines. Great beauty product that I will continue to use!

Love this - two perfect long wear waterproof eyeliners in one...
I got this Revlon Colorstay Line Creator in Blackout. The listing on Amazon really needs amending as it appears to refer to another Revlon product for brows. Blackout is definitely an eyeliner. It's a very good one too. And innovative - I've never before come across a dual ended eyeliner with a liquid brush type liner at one end and a soft retractable kohl pencil at the other. It's genius - and means you can experiment with different looks. The liquid liner features a screw top and is fadeproof, highly pigmented and ultra matte black. Both ends are waterproof. It gives a sharp, bold line, is quick to apply - and I think would be even if you're not too confident. It stays put well even in summer - and where I live today's been very humid. I wear eyeliners every day and have done so for years. Some liquid liners can start to feel uncomfortable after a few hours, especially the long wear kind. This one doesn't. I removed it easily with a micellar oil cleanser. With a pull off top, the kohl pencil has a very creamy texture so won't drag the delicate skin around the eyes when it's applied. Buttery soft, it will blend beautifully and you can create a great smokey eye with it. The top clicks smartly back into place. I use both liquid and kohl eyeliners - so for me this is a perfect addition to my make up bag. Both ends of the pen produce a very long lasting effect that I'm finding stays in place until you want to remove it. Well priced, I'd get this again - and if you like good eyeliner, you may just love this Revlon Colorstay Line Creator too.

Takes a while to dry but long lasting once it has
I was quite excited to try this, as I do favour black eyeliners and seem to have an ever-growing collection. I liked how this was a 2-in-1 product. This is a double product: one side is pure liquid and the other is more of a sparkly soft kohl. I found the liquid a bit too runny and sticky. It was hard to apply neatly and took ages to dry – once dry, it does last well and is hard to remove with just water, so if applied neatly, smudging is minimal. I found the kohl side quite crumbly but easier to apply where wanted. It’s not as long lasting as the liquid and does smudge well for intentional blending but can also bleed with moisture. I did really like the glittery look it gave though. The wet eyeliner is better for those with a steady hand and who can spare a few minutes while it dries.
