A MUST For Anyone With A love for Egypt or Cleopatra. THIS One Is for You!!!
STUNNING doll!!!! O????????M????????G????????!???????? Extremely well executed and delightfully detailed. No issues with the clothing, molded plastic pieces, face screening or hair. ☆For those that cannot figure out how/where to attach the beautiful gold cape, you loop the elastic through her arms. After which you put her armbands etc back on. My only con,, is that the upper armbands aren't tight enough, therefore slide down the arms to the wrist area depending on how the doll is posed. Extremely irritating putting it mildly. As this dolls arms have tattoos on them, obviously a person doesn't want them getting accidentally scratched up. I have a strong feeling that a choice had to be made regarding the upper armbands being loose or tight. Too tight and you definitely increase the chances of ruining the arm tattoos. So going with being too loose errs on the side of caution. That said, it's an easy fix by wrapping a clear elastic band around each upper cuff. This issue isn't a deal breaker by any means. Another little issue I had was after I unboxed her, I didn't securely place her properly back in the box until I could find a spot to display her. So she naturally fell to one side. When I took her back out because I wanted to work on her hair abit, I noticed that her long nails on the hand she fell to the side on, are now permanently bent. On that note, her hands do seem to be made from a much softer plastic than normal. Again not a deal breaker, and it was my fault. But something to keep in mind. There's very little that I can pick apart quite frankly. I love that different looks can be created by adding the gorgeous semi embroidered golden cape, or removing the skirt, mixing around the various plastic pieces such as the belt, necklace, crown, gold braid beads etc. She gives nothing less than the FULL Cleopatra fantasy! The box! Such a gorgeous piece of art! Made with different display options for those who prefer to keep their dolls in box, or as a beautiful background for those of us who enjoy fully unboxing our dolls. It'll depend on how much real-estate you have for display. This doll is worth every penny and then some!! I wasn't exactly happy about the price, however the value for money is there for this one. If you can get her on sale, do it. You won't regret it! For ANYONE who loves history, ancient history, Egypt, Cleopatra, etc, THIS IS FOR YOU!! Including non doll collectors. I highly recommend for gifting purposes, because anyone with a love of Cleopatra and what we know about her life, aren't going to know what hit them when they receive this beautiful box and doll! I plan to upload some photos asap, if no one else has done so yet. I can already tell you though, that all the photographs in the world, cannot do this doll justice. She's an entire experience that has to be seen, felt etc with one's own eyes and hands.. The Queen of ALL queens, Cleopatra herself would approve! Hope this helps!

Beautiful, but with a couple flaws
This review is from an adult doll collector. I love the Lol Omg line, and think this one is gorgeous, but, there are a few things that make me feel it's not quite worth the price tag. - The doll is detailed and stunning, but in all honesty, I feel that you get the same quality and detail with the OMG Remix Super Surprise doll set, which gives you 4 dolls for the same price point. That leaves this doll feeling of the same quality, but at 4 times the price. I feel as though $50 would have been much more reasonable for what it is. - Pros- - the outfit is beautiful, with real chains on her arm cuffs. The golden "cape" also has embroidery. There's multiple layers to her outfit which add to the appeal. - her makeup is really pretty, and themed well for the look - she has collector doll appeal, and stands out from many of the regular omg lol dolls Cons: - getting her out of the box is no fun task. There's soooo many plastic pieces holding her in that you'll need scissors for. It felt as though she was intended to stay in the box. The Golden cape may also receive damage if you're not careful. - the golden cape has no instructions on where it goes and will not fit over her head. I ended up putting it around her waist. - the gold of the cape is made of a strange material that can "scratch" the gold coloring off if you're not careful - the packaging ended up being so disappointing. For the high price, you'd expect something to at least use on display. The whole 'background' behind the doll is thin cardboard that has tons of slits for the plastic and tape. There's really no way to leave it undamaged. It doesn't come with any other display stand (aside from the usual plastic standing base) as other collector versions have in the past that are priced much lower. - no surprises. You usually get the fun of opening at least one little baggy with an Lol Omg Doll, but not with this one. Overall, I still love the doll, I just hope they put more effort in on any future dolls at this price point. Or.. lower the cost to be more reasonable for what you get.

The media could not be loaded. See, I don't normally like this brands toys, but I've been searching for a gorgeous Egyptian doll for my love of Egyptian mythology and LOL provided. this doll is the most gorgeous one I could find. The attention to detail is outstanding. People complaining about the freaking box are just snobbish collectors. The background in the box is stunning and the box itself is so extra and in itself is art. She looks much better out of her box than in, tho it took me nearly 30 minutes to get her out. If you take her out you have to be super careful because there's so many plastic pieces keeping her in place you don't want to accidentally chop off a lock of her hair or the fragile chains. I'd also like to point out in my 21 years of living that this doll is the first I've ever seen with tattoos!! Gorgeous addition! Anyway, 5 stars I got exactly what I was looking for and it was 57% off so I didn't have to pay a ridiculous price for her! ????

I have purchased the LOL Collectors dolls for my daughter each year since they released Crystal Star. I'm glad I waited until this doll was on sale getting her for $45. She does have so defects but I plan on letting my daughter play with her and not keeping as a collectors item if I was I'd request a replacement.

Mattel bringt laufend Collectors Barbie oder Collectos Monster High auf den (U.S.) Markt. Preislich sind die ähnlich oder höher angesiedelt. Bei Mattel bekommt man einen hochwertigen, massiven Karton, plus dass die Puppe perfekt gekleidet ist, perfekte Frisur und perfekt in der Schachtel steht. Bei LOL bekommt man dasselbe billige Plastik als Verpackung (ein wenig aufgehübscht und größer) wie bei den 25,- LOLs. Wir haben die Puppe dreimal bestellt. Einmal war das Armband lose, einmal die Stoffe vom Kleid extrem schlampig angezogen, einmal der Gürtel, die Halskette und das Diadem total schief. Die Frisur billig und zerzaust, wie bei den 25,- LOLs. Schmuck usw., billiges Plastik. Wenn man schon in der Liga der 100,- aufwärts Collectors Puppen mitspielen möchte, sollte man entsprechende Qualität liefern, oder beim billigen Auspackspielzeug für fünfjährige bleiben.
