Well made and easy to adjust straps help keep everything lined up properly. The plug it comes with is too small to be of any use. And, the hole in the built in pouch is too small to hold anything larger. However, the pouch is positioned that it will hold another plug in place fairly well. If you want your lady to wear it while pegging, know that the cock ring is of limited diameter so that whatever is to be used on you must be relatively narrow in girth. It's been hard to find a harness that addresses all of our needs. This is pretty good, but could be better.

The plug is not designed to be removed or replaced.
The plug is pretty small and the fact I can't remove it makes it less than ideal as a strapon holder for either I or my partner.

if you are to thing don't worry, you should only need to add some holes in both side in order to stretch both strips. I am size 30 in jeans. So I need to really reduce the size of the harness by making holes in both sides. nice quality.
