Little Use
I have a pair that I keep next to my driver seat and use them at the fuel pump.

Great comfort and protection, hopefully they last longer than the regular Mpact
I give these a 3.5 if I could do halves. My pictures shows these next to my regular Mpact gloves and I'm really not sure there is any real upgrade? The only difference that I can tell is the outside finger material feels like a soft and kinda thin vinyl like material, vs my camo Mpacts that are a thicker cloth type. Anyway I have mixed emotions about the Mpact gloves so for positives.... *they are very comfortable for also offering good protection. Usually good protection means bulky and uncomfortable but these are a great design that are both comfortable and good protection all from from padded palm area and pretty tough synthetic type material and great knuckle protection. *they fit perfectly using there sizing guide. I first got mine using there guide, my measurements came out to a large which I was skeptical thinking I'd be a XL, but I stuck to there chart and the large fits perfectly. *many styles/colors to choose from theres a color for pretty much anyone. * the simple small velcro strap is small and not noticeable on the wrist when on yet strong and always has stayed put for me. *the general feel of these gloves both off and on are great. Now the reason that really knocks these down for me and one of the most important aspects in my opinion, they do not last at all if you actually use them. I am a weekend warrior who builds hot rods on the weekends, I'm also a handy man around the house but I only wear these gloves for light duty, I have thick cow hide gloves for anything serious, and they only last about two months for me. Now think that I only wear them on the weekends and only for light duty..... that's a max of being worn 16 times before the stitching comes apart. I've had two pairs now both did the same thing, I found these 4x ones and decided to give these a try hoping to get more life out of them. The reason I keep buying this kind is because they are so comfortable and offer really good protection for what i do, they are pretty much perfect, except they just dont last. If these hold up i will buy a handful of them, if they dont I'll try something new.

Great Gloves For Working Hands
These are a great pair of gloves for working hands. If you're poser and want to manipulate your phone while wearing gloves these aren't for you, they're actually intended to protect your hands. Overall I think Mechanix gloves are the best bang for your buck out there. Used to run a fleet maintenance program with over 70 technicians working on heavy diesel vehicles, these were our go to gloves.

No better than cheap ones
Definitely not worth the money! Furthermore, they are cheaper at menards! I have went through two pairs in short order, in less than a month. I only purchased them because I wanted “4X” longer use than the simple leather gloves I use. NOT the case. Fingers get holes within a week, pads rip off by the end of the second. Comfortable, yes. Durable, no! Carpentry work.

Lasted about a week moving and installing retaining wall blocks
Moved and installed about 310 60lb retaining wall block wearing these, they are comfortable and have good protection but eventually the stitching failed and started to come apart.

More than fair price for the gloves.
I work in the industrial refrigeration industry which includes, heavy/sharp metal handling, oily/wet environment, heavy tools operation and etc, basically all kinds of work. I got tired of the gloves the company provides because of size differences and overall quality(basic gardening gloves that tear after 2-3days) so I decided to try new one's for myself. I did NOT expect them to last 2 months under the heavy work i do 6 days a week, I have punished them brutally from oily surfaces to grabbing hot and sharp metals. well lets cut to the pro's and cons. Pros: 1)Extremely comfortable. 2)The leather is still intact and very durable, I had the older version with the black finger tips and they wore down NOT actual the leather(yellowish one). 3) lasted a bit more than 2months as well as about 6 machine washes. 4) never sweat in those 5) hands feel very safe and durable Cons: 1)moist surfaces do eventually penetrate the leather leaving it moist for some duration, They are by not any means waterproof, In cold conditions water may make the gloves very cold to use(Do not recommend usage under 5 Celsius). 2)Not heat resistant far as leather gloves should be, after cutting with discs the hot metal part is pretty much untouchable for a minute or two. Basically just use brains with glove usage and they will last, don't touch very hot metals, or spill too much water/oil over them while working otherwise some might pass on to the skin and annoy you. personally I did not expect them to last more than two/three weeks so I'm definitely buying another pair with the improved design hoping for more :D

Best Gloves I can find
Great work gloves. Only place I can find 2x for my dainty hands

I am very impressed
These gloves are actually very durable. My work requires me to open and close trailer curtains, do straps, handling wooden pallets and so on, and every gloves I've had were falling apart after a week or so. These have lasted for almost a month and there is not a scratch on them. They are very comfortable to wear, feel and look nice but they are not waterproof. They actually soak water like sponges and they don't work with touch screen if dry, only when wet on fingertips. Overall very good gloves for heavy work in dry places
