Super cute, better than expected.
I expected really light material (like most Halloween costumes...thin and not sewn perfectly). The material on this dress was thicker than expected and it looked so cute. It flares out just like the picture without any need for a tutu or padding underneath. My daughter said she might even wear it next year.
