Lovely!

This is a beautiful cake plate. It was a bit more cream...or is that crème...than I thought it would be, but it is lovely. It is not yellow-ish, just not white, but VERY PRETTY. I find that it is perfect with my Lennox Eternal and the Castleton Gloria china I just got from my amazing mother-in-law (yes, they are out there, just make them feel loved...but I digress). And, to be perfectly honest, this color really is perfect for food presentation. Crate & Barrel - no, Pottery Barn? Maybe?

Nice off-white cake plate

It's a nice cake plate, not exceptionally fine but looks cute - it's off-white/cream/ivory.

Terrible packaging

I bought this as a gift and stated that on the order. The original box was taped with packing tape and I was unable to take it off without damaging the pictured covering. Unsuitable for a gift. The original box looked scratched and old.

This is NOT white, like shown

The picture shows it to be white in color, however, upon receiving it, it is a very off white, ivory color. Thanks to Prime, I received it quickly.

Classic and simplistic

Cute simplistic you are able to dress it up or down. It comes packaged very well in good quality and shape. I would recommend this if you are looking for a cake plate that is interchangeable with cakes and decor.

Beautiful - Great Price!

Beautiful - Great Price! I bought it as a wedding present. I wish I bought one for myself and one for each of my baker friends. I can't find it for less than double what I paid... :(

POOR PACKAGING by Manufacturer.

I really wanted this item, that's why I purchased it. First order received - the plate was separated from the pedestal (returned), Second Order received - in pieces (put in garbage, Amazon refunded), third item - broken plate, fourth item broken plate (pics are above). Its really sad because this could have really been avoided if only the mfg had invested in some plastic Styrofoam to cushion the plate or instead of having the plate at the bottom of the box, it might have survived shipping if it was at the top. NO I WOULDN'T BE ORDERING AGAIN. RETURNING TO AMAZON. JUST A DAMN WASTE OF MY TIME.
