Real nice

This was one of those few times where I really felt I had gotten what I paid for. Excellent value and performance. Milton couplers seem to deserve their reputation.

These couplers are freaking awesome. It's not often I give a 5 star review, but these get one. The extra air helps not only with painting equipment, but mechanic's tools too. I originally switched because I bought a 3/4" impact gun, and it plain didn't work with typical couplers, as expected of such a large tool. With V fittings and 1/2" hose straight from a drop, it probably still loses some performance, but it works and has more power than a 1/2" gun. But, basically every other tool works better... smaller impacts hit harder, die grinders are harder to stall, even my air chisel performs better. They're also backwards compatible with Industrial/Milton male couplers, althrough they leak a bit with them.

Quality is worth paying for

Milton is the way to go it is more money but worth a couple dollars versus cheaper ones has more metal for a more secure fit and the inner ball bearings makes it easier for switching tools

Makes a good difference. Worth the purchase

Had to try these, and to be honest, they do make a difference. True, now the compressor has a bit more work to do to keep up, but my air tools are much happier with the increased air flow. Even for just blowing out the shop, the difference is quite obvious. Female side will except old and new fittings, but new male side fittings will not fit in old coupler.

Switched to these and now it almost feels like the gun is going to jump out of my ...

If you have a air compressor and use air tools that demand a high flow then you need this fitting. Had issues with getting full torque from my impact gun and the fittings that came with my compressor. Switched to these and now it almost feels like the gun is going to jump out of my hand. Huge improvement over the standard fittings the compressor came with.
