Motor Guard Sub-Micronic Persluchtfilters zijn de ultieme verdediging tegen schadelijke, vuile lucht. Deze filters zijn ontworpen voor installatie op het gebruikspunt en verwijderen deeltjes, gecondenseerd vocht en olie-aerosolen tot een ongelooflijke grootte van 0,01 micron. Het wondelement in het Motor Guard-filter is gemaakt van ongebleekte, gerecyclede cellulose en vangt verontreinigingen op en absorbeert grote hoeveelheden vocht en olie. Deze unit kan worden gemonteerd in spuitcabines, op plasmasnijders of op andere apparatuur die ultraschone lucht en een flexibele aansluiting vereist.

Works Great!

This was LOADS better than the cheap HF "Magician" 2 stage coalescent/dessicant filter it replaced. With only a compressor, aftercooler, regularor, booth filter, and gun regulator, the Magician in the booth was choking my paint gun making me crank up the line pressure to account for the pressure loss and the gun still didn't meet expectations. I was worried it was the long hose length (100ft 3/8" hose) as my paint booth is far away from the 60 gal compressor. The M-30 opened it right back up, allowing much better fan and fluid output without cranking the initial pressure up beyond 60 psi. The gun now sprays as it should with clean air, and no water! The kit is very economical with 3 filters included. Hookup was super easy & quick (10 minutes) with the bracket. If you're a DIY garage painter, this is a must-have!

Great product

I owned one of these back in the early 80's and was constantly kidded about using a toilet paper roll for a filter. But I was painting Show Corvettes and found it to work perfectly. It's been years since I restored a Vette but I needed to do some minor body work and paint repair to a used Suburban I bought and needed a good filter system to use fro painting the panels. This filter immediately came to mind so I did some surfing and found that they still make it and have improved it since my last purchase almost 40 years ago. They now supply a great filter to use inside the unit that works extremely well. They are readily available and reasonably priced. They also eliminate the possibility of deterioration of the toilet paper roll that was possible if you didn't change the roll frequently. I only use mine with a dedicated air supply line to the filter and also a dedicated airline to the paint gun to eliminate the possibility of contamination when using air tools with oil. When using the air tools I remove the filter from the airline system by bypassing the filter and connecting my compressor after the filter system. I then connect to a oiler and dryer filter designed for such use with tools and separate air lines.

The Best Water / Moisture Trap .

I was having moisture in the compressor airline, entering my paint gun and ruining my paint job. I tried the so-called high-quality in-line water traps, but they all failed. As a true hero Motor Guard M-45-KIT 1/4 NPT Clean Air Filter Kit, solved this moisture problem. The result is clean dry air for spray painting. I have a plasma cutter so this kit will be ideal for dry h.p. air.

Great air filter

I use this to filter air right before it enters my plasma cutter. There is an air dryer and filter up stream, I use this as the last line of defense before the plasma. This filter is a must have if you run a plasma cutter.
