Easy to install. Needed to replace an old, leaky tank.

Good replacement
Fuel lines and fuel tank both cracked from age (and probably from leaving the trimmer outside in the winter). This item fit the string trimmer exactly. Subtracted one star because the return line was too short; I had to buy a connector and extra fuel line to make it fit properly. Will buy this again when needed.

Perfect replacement for my old Craftsman 4-stroke trimmer
I have an old Craftsman 4 stroke trimmer that is a re-branded MTD. It hasn't run in 10 years, but I recently needed it for the limb trimmer attachment. The old tank had considerable varnish, and the lines had become brittle, with one being broken. I was able to clean the tank, but the gasket on the cap was dissolving as well. This tank was the answer. Included the pre-installed fuel lines and a new cap. I only had to remove the rubber buffers from the old tank, place them on the new tank, and put it on the trimmer.

Did not fit my tiller
It looked just like the old one I had and said it would fit my tiller but did not. The bottom tabs did not align with mine at all.

Bought this because the one that came on the weedwacker the fuel line broke and you just can't replace the line.
