Watch out for vanity sizing
I've owned these jeans for just over a month now. I've worn them nearly every day. I am usually particular with my jeans. I don't just throw on any pair I find at the store. So I was excited to try these on. Pros: - Great color. The indigo is exactly what you'd expect from a raw denim. Dark blue. - Comfortable to wear - Stylish raw selvedge material and cut Cons: - Sizing is all messed up. I usually wear a 32 waist. I ordered 31 and these are just a little too big. The number doesn't actually correspond the correct waist measurement. Nothing that can't be fixed with a belt, but I wish I'd have sized down another inch so they wouldn't bunch up as much with a belt on. - Pockets are hard to get my hands into. This is just the cost of having this low-rise kind of style. - Cartoon nudity on the leather tag. I'd get into trouble for this at work, but it's not a problem if you're wearing a belt over it, or keep your shirt untucked. When I first tried these on, they were a little uncomfortable (and way too long). You just have to stick with it and after a few days of wear, they started loosening up in the places I needed them to. As for the length, I just wear them with shoes/boots all the time and I've grown to love the way they stack. I try not to walk around without shoes on since I end up stepping on them with my heels, and wearing out the bottom edge. If cuffing or rolling is your thing, you won't have a problem. Also be aware that, as with any raw denim, things will get blue if these get wet. I dropped some food on them that I went to wipe off with a wet rag. The rag turned blue in the spots I rubbed against the denim. I've heard of raw denim also staining white shoes. I would recommend this to anybody who wants a slim fitting raw denim jean. At this price point, I'd assume that you know what you're getting into if you're considering them.

2 years and a wash
Hey denim heads, hadn't seen any reviews after a long time of wear. So hear are mine after 2 years of moderate wear. I wore them everyday for a year solid and have rotated with my new pairs for the past year, about 2 to 3 days a week. I initially wore them for a month before I wore them in a hot bath to soak. 2nd cold soak at 18 months and first machine wash today. These are some stubborn faders. Cellphone faded first, because it was huge in my pocket. Other pocket fades and things came. I drive a lot so honeycombs are less pronounced than 2 years should produce. I'm going to start wearing them for more laborious activities and make them combs happen. Anyway, the most pronounced wear is the flex in the groin at the rear. It's about to blow out and I've reinforced it a bit in some areas to keep it alive longer. The fit is a little loose, which is why the combs aren't the best, but they're comfortable. I wear a 31 in waist and the 30s are a little big, especially after a stretch of 2 years. Size a bit small and you should be good. Overall, they're alright and probably not the best pair of raw denim, but as an intro pair they aight.

I just say, sure, 3 stars. If you've got the money and want to try it out, you'll at least look good in these jeans.
So, this is my first try with raw denim. I like the cut of the pants (long inseam so you can roll, tailor, or let shrink when washing), but the waist is a bit larger than my actual size. I usually run around waist size 33, and with some jeans a 32. I ordered a 32 thinking that even if they were tight they would stretch a little through wear. That's how raw denim is supposed to work, right? Well, the waist is a little too large, but since they are tight on my thighs (a good think in my opinion) and have a low rise, the jeans don't seem to creep down even when moving around a good bit. Time will tell whether that extra fabric at the waist will be an issue or not. So, despite being a little big (man, when are they going to allow free returns for clothes so that we can try them on, by the way?), I like the look, feel, and the idea of breaking them in. Maybe once they get broken in I can update this, but until then, I just say, sure, 3 stars. If you've got the money and want to try it out, you'll at least look good in these jeans.

Great jeans period.
I’ve been wearing N&F to work (construction) for years now. They hold up great. They never get crotch or pocket blow outs. They fade fast is that’s what your after. All around great Jean at a cheap price.

Great jeans, but I wouldn't size down as recommended on other site
Love these and they're my first pair of raws. I lost about 35 lbs this year, so am still trying to figure out my sizes, but I wear a size 32 in AG jeans and size 33 in Bonobos chinos and pants. I read a lot about sizing down significantly for these (and most raws) as they stretch, but I ordered a size 31 in these and could barely pull them up all the way. I returned them for size 33 and they fit snug, but are already stretching to a comfortable size. However, the waist measurement is about 36 inches, which is on the big side for me. I attribute this to the fact that the rise on these is REALLY low, so they almost sit on your hip bones rather than below your navel. In a nutshell, try true to size on these and don't feel like you have to size down. Also keep in mind there's only one inseam, so you'll have to cuff or hem. I was never a cuff my jeans kind of guy, but I'm getting used to it.

First Dive into Raw Denim
I bought these when Amazon had their 20% off raw denim over $100. The fit is a little tight so make sure to check your size on: [...] They are known to stretch, so I think the tightness will subside. You can measure a pair of jeans that you have as a guide. Note, N&F uses vanity sizing. I bought a size 31, while I am usually a size 32/33 in jeans. The thighs are a little snug for bigger thighed folk, like myself. The denim feels a little rough at first and you can tell it is a quality material. Unlike the description states, the jeans I received were button fly (no zipper). Supposedly, these take a while to break in and fade, so take your time with these.

My now favourite pair of pants
My now favourite pair of pants. Real authentic comfy denim. Fit tight when first purchased, but stretched to my waist. Bought size 31 when I'm usually 33 and has stretched to size.
