Met de selecteerbare LED-onderkast uit de NUC-serie kunt u de kleurtemperatuur van het licht wijzigen in 2700K, 3000K en 4000K. Bad mounting screws

I would have given 5 stars except for the mounting hardware. There are 2 mounting screws, described as "captured", but they're really just partially threaded into the plastic housing. They tighten into the plastic before they join with the cabinet bottom so they need to be drilled larger. Also, the screws a slightly too long for a typical cabinet bottom, so they need to be trimmed to install.

Poor Quality Control

I purchased 6 Nicor under cabinet lights. Electrician came out to install and four were defective did not work. I returned them and got replacements. Electrician came back and one was defective broken lens. I had heard that Nicor was a good brand but quality control is terrible. The ones that are now working are very nice but it's expensive to have electrician make three trips. Would not recommend.

Great product & easy to install

Works really well and very easy to install under the counter. The color temp selection is a great feature but the 4000K skews slightly yellower than other 4000K bulbs I have, but it's not very noticeable. On the 40" model, there is supposed to be a third screw to secure the middle (per the instructions), but this was not included.

Great light, but had to return 3 times as it arrived broken

Nice to have 3 "color" options, and works great with the dimmer switch. Had I not returned 3 broken ones, I would have given it 5 stars.

High Quality and Responsive Service

I bought 3 of these fixtures of varying lengths. Unfortunately, the glass lense on the 40 inch fixture arrived broken. Nicor may find this to be a problem- the packaging, although great, is not designed for the type of piecemeal handling that UPS and Prime subject it to. I sent an Email on Saturday and received a response on Monday from Nicor's eCommerce manager. Nicor would replace the broken item immediately. I value that kind of support. Thanks Brett. The fixtures are high quality, with heavy gauge metal and a good finish. The fact that the lense is glass, and not plastic, speaks volumes about their approach to design. The light distribution is great. Installed at the front edge of the cabinet, the counter surface is evenly lit. The dimming is smooth, and the choice of 3 light temperatures is a nice bonus. One of the best design features can also be a problem. Nicor provides captive, self drilling screws to fasten the fixtures to the bottom of the cabinet. Great if you are working alone. Just be careful that the screws aren't longer then the thickness of your cabinet bottom. If so, drive the screws partway, and add a couple of short screws to draw the unit tight to the cabinet.

4 out of 5 didn't work!

Purchased 3 of these on March 28, 2021. Due to covid they weren’t installed in our new house until August, five months later. The electrician told me that two out of three didn’t work. Because of the time lapse from order to install it was too late to return. I did contact the company directly but never heard anything back. I ordered two more on August 16, 2021 so they would match the one that did work. Again, the electrician said next two didn't work and one was even cracked on the glass! I am sending these two back for a refund and am eating the cost of the other three. I purchased three cheaper units from a different manufacturer, and they worked just fine.

Absolutely Love this Light!

I have a bad dark spot over my sink, since my kitchen is lighted poorly. I decided to try this and boy am I super happy I did. Not only was it super easy to install, it looks great and is super bright. Highly Recommend.
