Love it
I had purchased a different brand of airfryer earlier and sent it back because after several uses it still omitted an odor. This Nuwave did not omit an odor and works great. I love it. It is quiet when it runs too. Really happy with this unit.

Quedé encantada con esta air fryer, completamente digital, fácil de usar y de limpiar. Si quieres que te dure más recomiendo comprar los moldes de papel o vinil, son excelentes.

My cooking partner, recommend
I needed an oven/ air frier at the time and i order this with a coupon for total of $120. I love it! I can cook salmon just add butter on top and lemon pepper and it is tasty, i follow the program, so once is cooked on top i flip it and redo the program. I also could not cook chicken , i hate cooking chicken so i gave up. But i put chicken breasts, added butter on top, lemon pepper and salt seasoning, put the program # once it's done flip it and do the program again for chicken breasts and also cut a little. It's the juiciest chicken i have ever made, i went from flavorless couldn't cook to its really good. The steak, i add vegetable oil a bit on the steel pan and season it ( lemon pepper and salt seasoning), program but i do check about 5 minutes i flip it and then wait another about 4-5 and its cooked. Lots of flavor and juicy. I love it. Obviously its an air fryer/ oven , i just use it to cook, just depends on what you are looking for because it dehydrates pretty good as well if you dont add butter or oil it will dehydrate your meat and vegetables, just gotta learn how to go around it to make it taste juicy. I love it! We also cook jalapeño poppers there too. Bought it November 2021. Only downside is the numbers will erase if you use alot or if you clean the words, just be aware where they are located or add a sticker to remember. I am not an air fryer expert but i love this little oven! I would like to purchase another steel plate because that's what i use the most.

Things others don't mention
Everyone I know who has an Air Fryer raves about it. Everything you've read about this particular 1 is true. The door & trays are fragile, but if you know this in advance, simply brace your thumb to open the door-do not yank on it & don't slam it to close it. You MUST use a potholder to remove food, never rest anything on the tray once you've pulled it out b/c it WILL fall on the floor. I imagined a toaster oven w/the speed of a microwave. NOT. Basically, it's a large toaster oven w/air heat, the unit (except for the top) gets as hot as an oven. Also, there is no time saved; Frozen french fries still take about 7 minutes whether you fry or air-fry them. The cooking time equals that of an oven. The surprise for me is that the hot air that swirls around inside, forcefully shoots out the back of the unit, which therefore cannot be close to a wall, or I imagine it will eventually warp the paint on your wall - or potentially be a fire hazard. This one is TALLER not WIDER. I situated mine on a slant and since I happened to have a rotating tower fan within 5 ft, I turn it on to deflect that hot air around & away from the wall. It produces less heat than an oven in the same timeframe, and unlike an oven, there is no long period of a heated-up room, once the unit is off. It cools off pretty fast. If you have an electric stove, it's all on the electric bill. But if you have a gas stove and cook in the electric air fryer instead, it's now ALL on your electric bill. So with a gas stove, the benefits of an air-fryer is ONLY to cook without oil, warm-up something that was (or would've been) fried or, something previously baked which you want crispy instead of saucy, i.e., turkey wings-that's if you don't want to transfer the expense from your gas bill to your electric bill. Warming up food otherwise is faster in the microwave. PRACTICE ON FRENCH FRIES. I tossed my deep fryer. Overall, it's worth it's counter space, although I see now that the newer stoves include air-frying capability. Probably worth the extra cost.

poor quality hinges on door
works great but over time, less than 2 yrs old, hinge that holds door cracked off. They are made of some cheap composite mater. It should be a no brainer to make the hinge out of metal. I guess this is made not to last long. That is why I give it a low rating for quality.

A++ Air fryer
First off I hardly ever right reviews whether the product is good or bad. But this air fryer is worth it. I use this air fryer every single day for one reason or another. The bad : Really only bad thing I could say are the wire trays are hard to clean at times due to their diamond pattern. Maybe be if it were a bunch of circles and slightly thicker material it could be better. But overall not that big of a deal. I use a stiff bristled brunch to get the job done. The good: Everything from the temperature probe to rotisserie option works fantastic. I have cooked a total 8 full Rotisserie chickens in the few months I have on this machine. Like I said I use it every day from cooking steak, chicken, rotisserie chicken, fish, to even heating up leftover food. I’m never disappointed. The viewing window is awesome along with the interior light. It’s really easy to look I. On the food to make sure it’s cooking properly because things will cook at a faster rate than an oven. I usually loser my temperatures according to regular recipes. Now you will see some negative comments about the door hinge. Yes it’s made of plastic and is half open. But this if for good reason. It makes it so simple to remove the door for proper clean of the door and insides of the air fryer. The change can’t support the full weight of the door. But I would not let the door fall under It’s own weight. I usually take the door off every time I take food out. It’s simple and I have to clean it either way. I usually use a damp sponge with a little soap to wipe up the viewing window while the door is slightly warm. And then follow up with a paper towel for removing all the soap suds and grease. That pretty much cleans up very nice. All in all it’s a very good air fryer compared to several others I have tried and you should be happy with your purchase.

Excelente producto, Lo estrenamos con hamburguesas. En 14 minutos quedo de congelado a cocida, la carne quedo jugosa y para mi sorpresa, no se encogió. Muy recomendable.
