Excellent for soap making & the kitchn

I liked this scale so much that I ended up getting a second one. We have a dedicated scale for the kitchen and another for soap making. It is easy to use for small or medium size soap batches (I don't make large soap batches). I can measure out ingredients in very small amounts including for the essential oils. The top is easy to clean when I accidently spill something or don't quite get it in the container perfectly. It is very easy to zero out so the measurements are accurate and I don't have to calculate anything and risk making a mistake. Excellent multi-use scale!

Super lightweight and easy to use!

This scale is phenomenal for baking and beverage purposes. I originally purchased this scale for feeding my sourdough starter which it was perfect for. Now I use it for measuring coffee beans, portioning meats and vegetables, mixing sauces, and all kinds of other stuff. It’s super lightweight, easy to use, and even after a few months of use the battery is still going strong.

Easy to use right out of the box

This Ozeri Pronto scale was recommended to me by a family member that makes homemade bread and baked goods several times a week. After doing my own research I purchased this one because the price was crazy reasonable; easy to use tare function; ease of changing to different types of weight measurements; compact design; good size weighing area; auto shut off; many colors available; the crazy number of good reviews and family recommendation. My husband found out how easy it is to measure out pool chemicals accurately using the tare function. So it is used in our house for inside and outside. Great scale at an awesome price.

Easy to use, accuracy is okay (rounds up or down)

Simple unit for measuring out stuff. Accuracy is okay for the price paid. It will round to the nearest whole number when tested on grams. US Penny weighs 2.5 g so it rounds up to 3 g. US Dime weighs 2.268 g so it rounds down to 2 g. I like the multiple unit options that you can scroll through compared to my old scale that was only g and ml. The initial start-up with the included batteries didn't work. I checked and reseated them twice. When I changed to some Energizers that I had, it turned on. I swapped back to the included ones and it turned on. Maybe something internally was loose. The round part of the scale has a chrome color, but it's very textured. I wish it was smooth finish. Also the design layout of the lcd screen makes it difficult to read when I have a dinner plate on the scale. I have to peak under the plate overhang to read the weight. My previous scale had the screen extended farther out so a large plate would never cover the screen.

Great scale - poor shipping

Scale is nice and works as expected. The shipping is another story. Scale was shipped in plastic bag with no bubble lined walls. One side of scale box was smashed and damaged to the point manual and other pages shipped with scale may have fallen out if not kept in plastic bag. Scale was only protected by manufacture interior packaging. manufactures outside box total lose. This is all caused buy poor shippers packaging and mail handlers. Scale five star, shipping 1 star.

Tested on several things, all accurate

Tested on several things, all accurate. Tested tare feature, also accurate and consistent. Silver scale top is painted, with textured finish, so I’d not set anything directly on. I will be using this to measure by deduction, and that also seemed to measure accurately, as took what I removed and weighed just that mass to confirm. Feels cheap, but is a basic scale, offering accuracy, and is easy to wipe clean.

A good scale for a good price

This is a great scale, the size may a little smaller than favorable to come people, but this is no issue to me personally. It’s lightweight and battery powered (AAA), and it even comes with batteries as well. PROS: - lightweight - easy to use - portable, small size - comes with batteries, ready to use immediately - decently accurate (may round up or down) CONS: - small size can be unfavorable - battery operated, some may prefer a plug I recommend this scale for typical use, but for large scale use (restaurant/small business) I would not, only because of its smaller size.

This is a lightweight small, easy to store kitchen scale, that works very well in whatever mode you choose. I have been cooking for many years, and need a dependable scale when I'm making something special.

Good Kitchen Scale

This unit functions well, is easy to work with and does the job. The design is nice and light, numbers are easy to read even with a large plate on the platform, and its easy to clean off. Only gave it a 4 Star as it rounds to the next gram and would prefer the actual measurement to decimal point but couldn't find a portable one that did that. Quality appears to be there and am hoping this lasts a long time. Good overall purchase for the price.

Great value scales.

I am on a calorie controlled diet and needed scales to weigh my food. Read lots of reviews on the internet and decided that these scales should do the job. So easy to use and perfect for the purpose. Only takes seconds to get an accurate result and now in continuous use. Noted one review that mentioned the top of the scales was a bit small. True you can't read the scales if using a dinner plate but no different to any other small scales, just use a bowl as I do. I couldn't ask for anything better. Buy one at the great price on Amazon, you won't be disappointed.

Great product

I have been using this for two months now and very happy with the scale, ease of use, and specially the tare feature. My main use is while making sourdough bread where measurements needed are sometimes less than 10 grams. This is useful for me.
