Better than expected
The description does not do them justice. The three different sizes of pins cover my needs nicely. With one, one and a half, and two millimeters pins I have yet to encounter a snap ring that does not fit. What is not illustrated is that there are three positions for the pin positions. Only the strait out position is illustrated. The pins can also be installed at a right angle to the handle, or at a forty five degree angle. This really helps when snap rings are located in hard to reach places. I thought the pins would merely be friction fit in the handle but they are threaded on to the curled knobs for a secure fit. Well done!

Work well but can't get into tight places
Overall, I like these pliers. They come with 3 size tips and can be mounted straight or at 90° or 45°. The only drawback is that the thumbscrews sticking out the sides make it hard to get into small spaces. Otherwise, they are great.

Your Going To Need A Different Box!
I received mine, AS A JUMBLED MESS! The box is useless, it does not seal the compartments of each External Snap Ring when closed. The dividers do not fit snuggly to the top when closed, permitting movement from compartment to compartment. I threw the box away and purchased good quality box's for $2.22. Now if I drop the box or carry the box upside down the clips will not mix. Clips are fine, although some have burr's on the clips, small file removed burrs. At least the box has a description and location for each of the clips.

Fix it yourself if you can, save a bundle!
They do what they are supposed to do. I only need one, but it fixed my lawn tractor linkage and will have plenty for many years. Anecdote: The frigging repair shop said it need a new transmission. Those GD liars. So I saved myself $589 with a manual, some thinking and less than an hour of work!!!!

Nearly perfect.
Snap ring kit is great, tons of different sizes, and of good quality. Comes in a plastic storage container which is great. Super fast and great shipping. Given only 4 stars as one of the tabs that keeps the lid closed is snapped off, due to packaging I can tell it was busted before shipment. Not gonna deal with shipping back due to that.
