De Pool Mate Deluxe Winterizing Air Pillow absorbeert stress veroorzaakt door ijsvorming in uw zwembad. Naarmate het ijs in uw zwembad uitzet, wordt de gecreëerde druk uitgeoefend op het kussen in plaats van op de wanden van uw zwembad. IJskussens zijn een essentiële manier om uw zwembad tijdens de winter te beschermen. Het kussen zal knappen voordat het ijs uw zwembad beschadigt. Ice Equalizer-kussens verminderen ook de ophoping van regenwater, bladeren en sneeuw op uw winterdeken. Het enige wat je hoeft te doen is het kussen op te blazen en tijdens de wintermaanden onder je dekbed te leggen. Vul het kussen niet te vol met lucht, omdat hierdoor het ventiel tijdens de wintermaanden eruit kan springen (1/2 tot 3/4 vol wordt aanbevolen). Kleinere egalisatiekussens worden aanbevolen voor ronde zwembaden en grotere egalisatiekussens worden aanbevolen voor ovale zwembaden. Het gebruik van extra kussens beschermt uw zwembad als er een uitvalt. Het gebruik van extra kussens kan een groter formaat zwembadafdekking vereisen dan verwacht.

Using it as a diverting hose due to poor condensate exterior pipe design

Water was starting to damage the stucco ~ therfore, using it as a diversion hose to take water further away from wall. Works beautifully~ Don't trust janky developers who don't extend the condensate pipe out far enough just to save a few bucks. Wer'e on to you janky developers.

It's fine as hoses go, but it says it fits 1.5 inch pipes and it doesn't.

So far I haven’t had a blowout with us backwash hose

Just bought it last summer 2021. I haven’t had a blowout yet. Be sure to stretch these back wash hoses straight out before backwashing

compact

This hose is nice and compact when not in use. I would love for it to be on some kind of spindle but that doesn't impact usability. I have only had it a short time and it works just fine. I expect to only use it a couple of times a year so as long as I keep it out of the sun when not in use, it seems like it will last several years at least. It is a nice simple hose at a good price.

doesn't come with a clamp

I have a minor flooding issue in one part of my yard and use this attached to a pump to drain that area during heavy rain/hurricanes. I used it shortly after it arrived when we got 7" of rain due to a tropical storm. It did the job but the lack of a supplied clamp was an issue as I threw out the old clamp with the old hose. Luckily I had another but it would have been nice if I didn't have to ransack the garage looking for one. I've only used it that once so I see others complaining about longevity. If mine breaks I'll come back and edit this review.
