Introductie van de T-Track Intersection Kit van POWERTEC. Met deze 4-delige Intersection Kit kunt u meerdere T-Track-configuraties installeren en uw T-Track-mallen en armaturen optimaliseren. Time saver and cut perfectly

Makes installing T-track much easier and saves a ton of time! You could always miter all the pieces yourself but the time it would take is way more valuable than the few bucks it costs to purchase these perfectly cut intersections. I am still finishing up the install of the powertec universal T-track but I have been wanting to do this for a while. Being able to secure your workpiece is obviously critical and I find myself having to spend way too much time trying to clamp or secure via whatever means available. This system should enable me to dog down workpieces in almost no time at all. I have a slab flattening jig that rolls over the table also so the track system should have endless value. Update… I forgot to mention that you should remember to take into consideration the impact on measuring if you are going to use precut intersections. The ones from Powertec (which I would highly recommend without any compensation or gift etc to say) are a total of six additional inches in each direction. That means you will have much shorter lengths of track than you might expect. e.g. the track between T’s in one direction on my setup is only 7 inches because the precut intersections add a total of 6 more. This means I have 13 inches between the center of the track . Love it!

Almost Perfect and Less Money

Well, nothing is really perfect. However, the Powertec T-track intersection kit comes mighty close. On the recommendations of several other YouTube wood workers, I bought these, the 4 foot and 2 foot tracks and hold downs from Powertec. I was very impressed with the fit and finish quality, but noticed some slight color differences in the track sections (not all the same shade of blue. A very minor annoyance. Great product at a great price!

Works nicely, a little finicky

Based on the pictures I was expecting a single cross piece. But, what it really is is four individual pieces with 45° points. When you put those four pieces together, you get the cross. That means using a square to get everything aligned, which isn't a problem, just a little more finicky than I expected.

Use a 3/8” key stock to maintain alignment when installing segments. Glue and screw in place.

A lot of work but has been a worth while endeavor.

Good addition to a Table

I decided to make my own portable work surface with t-tracks and dog holes and decided on these for use with the track assembly. Used in conjunction with PowerTec straight t-track to assemble a 2 x 4 foot table that I can toss on a couple of saw horses when I need some extra play area. These were all excellent quality and the same size, making is easy to square off everything. No screws came with them, so you'll need the appropriate screws for your table thickness. A good choice and less than similar items from many other vendors.
