Bowls are nice — too bad someone can’t count

The bowls are great. They look/feel as expected based on using other Preserve products over the years. The issue I had is that I ordered 12 bowls and received only 11. Neither Preserve nor Amazon.com is taking ownership of this issue other than allowing me to return the items, which I don’t want to do since I got them in time for an Easter meal. What a hassle! Please make it right.

Excellent, made in USA durable product

I am super happy with these bowls. I bought 3 sets: red, green, and blue for our 3 Girl Scout Patrol Boxes. These bowls have been camping many times and are holding up great. I am super happy that they are made in the USA out of recycled material and can be recycled back into new plates if they ever self-destruct (which I just don't see happening for a long time.) I also bought the cups and plates from this same company, but since they don't carry a "durable every day" line of utensils, I managed to find made-in-USA (shockingly enough) utensils at Ikea that work really well with these sets. (More durable than the Preserve line of "on the go" cutlery.) I highly recommend these as every day bowls for kids, camping gear for Scouts or families, and backyard party & picnic bowls to keep on hand instead of disposables for smaller gatherings (the "on the go" line is more economical if you're having a big party.) Super durable, perfectly sized, in fun colors, and made in the USA out of recycled materials. How can you go wrong? Now I would like them to come out with yellow as I need to add a Yellow Patrol kit to my troop camping gear...

So useful!

My brother first bought a set of these bowls about 3 years ago for an out-of-town apartment my family owns, which, at the time, had a completely bare kitchen. Now that same kitchen is fully equipped, with ceramic plates and bowls and everything a kitchen needs, but every time any of us visits the apartment we skip the nice big bowls in favor of the fun, plastic, small ones. I can honestly say those bowls are the most used items in that kitchen. So in lieu of our love for those bowls, I decided to buy a set for myself (plus a set of plates). I've had them for a couple of months now and must admit I haven't used them yet, but I know they'll be great for serving snacks by the pool, for picnics, or just to use while out of town. And I absolutely love that they are not only dishwasher and microwave-safe, but also 100% recyclable.

Basic convenience bowl

These are smaller cereal bowls. Work well for kids and outdoor use. Seem to do fine on top and bottom of dishwasher. Not something I would use for a substantial salad or chili dinner. Very lightweight. Not sturdy but not paper thin.

Almost every Preserve product I've bought has been awesome. These bowls are no different. I purposely waited a long time to review these bowls so that I could see how long they held up. I did the same for the plates. In both cases, I was really, really happy with the results. It has been over 6 months now, and these bowls are still in fantastic shape. And yes, I wash these in the dishwasher. I really like using them for serving snacks when I have people over. Since they are on the smaller side, they don't take up much space and leave plenty of room on the table for drinks and everything else. But even though they're on the small side, they're still big enough for me to use for breakfast (cereal, oatmeal, etc.). In other words, I use these bowls a lot, and they've held up extremely well. I will probably end up purchasing more in the future.

We have had Preserve bowls and plates for a few years now. These are great for quick use and clean up very easy. We love that they are recyclable, if you need it.

Very good for older person with chronic fibromyalgia pain

Being older and living with chronic pain from Fibromyalgia I am very pleased with these bowls. They are sturdy yet lightweight enough for me to get them out of a cabinet. Have been using these for a month now and they are doing well in the dishwasher. Sometimes I am able to simply wash by hand. I wouldn't hesitate to use these for company. Very glad to be able to buy something made in America and made of recycled materials. I'd recommend these for daily use for a variety of lifestyles and will tell others about them.

Bowls to use for everything.

There is so many of these bowls in the set! 32 to be exact. If you can find it on sale on amazon it is a really good value. They are light, love that they seem very durable. I like putting snacks in them for my daughter as they are plastic and unbreakable. I am planning on using these at family get togethers or parties. I may give some of the bowls as gifts.

Good little bowl set, but thought these were containers haha
