Narrow Even in x Wide Width
I don't recommend these shoes for wide feet. I was really hoping these would be the shoes for me as the description states wide width. I wore these shoes off and on for 3 days & immediately could feel the tightness. They have a Very Narrow arch & I noticed the shoes dent in the toe area.. Straps don't close properly. I wear a size 7 x wide but ordered an 8 1/2 ×× wide for a lot of room. I was in shock when they didnt fit well.

Too wide
I'm really disappointed. I love Propet shoes, however, I ordered an 8WW because that is what my podiatrist told me to get. I already have another brand of shoes that are an 8WW which fit well, so when I received the Propets I did try them on, and thought they might be alright even though they seemed wider than they should be. Trying shoes on in the house is never as good as wearing them out shopping, etc. and then it's too late to send them back. These shoes turned out to be way too roomy, so that I wear 2 pairs of socks and a heel guard. Sometimes you learn the hard way.

Propet walking shoe
Got these for a resident at the nursing home where I visit who had diabetes and bad shoes but didn't yet qualify for diabetic shoes by prescription as determined by Medicare. Fine. She got these, which are actually the same shoe without "custom molded insoles." They're still better than what she was wearing before. She says she likes them and they feel fine. She wears them all day, and nobody has seen any callusing or signs of wear on her feet. And they look good, have the easy-to-walk curve on the sole, good arch support and Velcro closure for sore hand joints (as opposed to tying). Best yet, you can't really tell them from non-diabetic walking shoes, so she doesn't stick out like a sore thumb. She will get many months (or maybe years) of use out of these.

Bought these for my 92-year old Mom. She loves the Propet brand because they carry narrow sizes and are comfortable. She said that this pair is very comfortable and she especially likes the Velcro straps because 1) they are easy to get on and off and 2) they can be adjusted when her feet get a little swollen during the day. We got the Sport White for summer and she already requested a black pair for the rest of the year! FYI - she is not a "sneaker wearer" since she usually wears a skirt, but now that she has tried them,she realizes that they are good for her feet and are more safe for her while walking.

Good shoe
Length of shoe is good but I should have gone one step more with the width. I usually wear a 12 W so that is what I ordered ... Next time I will go wider. Shoe is a little stiff but I am hoping to break them in a little - only wore them 2 times so far...

Comfortable velcro-closure shoes
Though I've worn them just once so far, I think I will like these shoes a lot. They fit comfortably, and the velcro tabs close nicely. I like the velcro closures because I don't have to constantly re-tie my shoe laces. (Honestly, I have considered the idea of stapling shoe laces!) The shoes are also nice-looking; husband complimented me on them. (I got the "bone" color, size 9-1/2.)

Good value for the money, but....
I've worn this same style and brand of shoe for about 10 years, and they hold up pretty well. But they are too wide for me, and I learned the hard way that they run short. I have to buy the next size up to get them to fit at all. I wish they came in Narrow width.

This is the most horrible quality shoe
I am in a wheelchair all day. I sit/stand for exercise. I cross my ankles occasionally. I do not have any pets. I bought these shoes in March 2022 and by June the deterioration began. DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES!

American sizing not UK
Probably my own fault for not reading description fully but when I order the size I ordered 7.5 UK. Ive several pairs of Propet ( all ordered on line) all good wide fitting so assumed these would be the same. What arrived was american 9.5 (which is 7.5 UK) but medium fitting when I wanted a wide fitting. No choice of width in the sizing order so assumed would be as wide as my other shoes. Plus didnt realise US not UK so delivery to Ireland meant an extra €17.50 irish VAT. So disappointed.

Very comfortable
I've been wearing Prophet shoes for years and wear the Velcro model around house instead of slippers. The model with laces I wear everyday and are excellent walking shoes.
