Good for small mouths

These are the best toothbrushes for small mouths. The plastic that holds the bristles is thin so they don't accidentally bite the brush.

Toothbrush head is to big

Toothbrush head is actually wider than an adult toothbrush. Brushing is awkward especially when you're fighting a toddler to get the head of toothbrush in to do it.
