Perfumy but not bad

I do like the scent. I don't think it's the most permeating of candles but it's a nice smell if you're into something that smells like a fragrance. I also don't mind that it's not too permeating since I have pets I'd rather keep my candle footprint small but I know that's not most people's preference.

A nice candle with a high-end name and warm fragrance

The scent of this candle is strong, but it doesn’t have a lot of throw. So, if you’re sitting within 3-4 feet of the candle, you’ll be able to smell it even when the candle is unlit. But the fragrance doesn’t really move much farther than that, even when the wick is burning, so it’s possible to sit in the same room as the candle and not detect a thing. But in smallish rooms, you’ll be able to enjoy it. The fragrance itself is quite nice, very warm and musky. There’s a strong floral component due to the jasmine, but overall I’d describe it more as a woodsy or incense scent.

Candle jar quality is subpar. ─╍┄┈┄╍─╍┄┈┄╍─╍┄┈┄╍─╍┄┈┄╍─╍┄┈┄╍─╍┄┈┄╍ ????????????????????????????????????????????: I'm not a huge fan of this candle for two main reasons: ????️ The scent is pleasant, with a warm aspect, but it doesn't carry far from the candle. It's strong when you stand near it, but in a 400 sqft. room without any A/C running, I can only occasionally catch a whiff of it from maybe 10 feet away. ????️ The candle jar is of poor quality. It's slightly curved at the bottom and doesn't sit flat on any surface, rocking from side to side. Additionally, there are marks or smudges of black substance on the outer lip of the jar. Additionally, while I have no issue with the label just being a sticker, there's a huge bubble under it, and it's slightly askew. Given its appearance, I'd be shocked to learn that this candle costs $25 (at the time of writing). Overall, it's an average candle, offering far less value than its current pricing.

A Light Fragrance That Is Ideal For A Small Space

When I first received the Rebecca Minkoff Scented Candle, I was impressed to find that the candle was placed in a manufacturer-provided box which made it immediately gift ready. The 6.3oz candle looked like the product photo on the Amazon description page. I was disappointed to see that the brand name, Rebecca Minkoff, was a simple pink square sticker and not painted on to the container. It isn't the end of the world but I found that it cheapened the look of the candle. The fragrance of the candle is light and will definitely not be noticed in a large room. It has a very sensual fragrance that isn't strong or dominating but rather soft and subtle. I was impressed with the pairing of jasmine and tonka beans. I was initially afraid that the jasmine would overpower and dominate the overall fragrance which it did not. It is a fragrance coupling that I had not experienced before and really enjoyed. I wish the fragrance was stronger or more present considering the price of the candle. It is Made in India. Overall, it is a nice candle and fragrance but too light and soft for my preference.

Relaxing scent, decent throw for the size, relaxing and not too sweet, perfect blend

This candle is on the smaller side at 6.3oz. It has only one wick, and so far is burning clean, just make sure to trim the wick before first lighting. Ingredients are on the bottom of the box, and it is a 100% Soy wax which i appreciate, 100% cotton wick and perfume oil. Because it comes in a nice thick cardboard box, it is a great choice for gift giving. It took about 25 minutes to first start getting the scent, although it is on my nightstand next to me. I’m in a master bedroom and when i left and came back 10 minutes later I could smell it, and it has good throw for the size. I would say throw is about 7.5/10 for the size. This candle smells so cozy, it is great to burn in the evening while reading, doing skincare, etc. With cardamom, jasmine and specifically the tonka bean, i was expecting it to have more of a sweet scent, but it is not strongly sweet at all which i am personally loving since i am not a huge sweet scented candle person. It smells a little sweet like vanilla but with the jasmine and cardamom, it makes a perfect relaxing blend. Overall, so in love with the scent, decent throw for the size, clean burn, and would recommend if the value is worth it to you.

Pretty warm tones with a strong lasting scent

This is your typical candle to complement your favorite fragrance line. It is nicely packaged and would make an excellent gift for the Rebecca Minkoff lover in your life, but like other high end candles expect closer to votive size than a full sized candle. If you aren't familiar with the scent already I suggests you review the scents. The cardamom and patchouli make for a strong scent. They call is spicy and feminine. I consider it a warm scent in line with earthy mahogany teakwood type scents. If those notes are your thing then you will really enjoy this candle. A little goes a long way so it should last you a long time.

Lovely calming and relaxing scent

I enjoyed the scent of this candle, it set off a nice aroma in my small home. It burned nicely, didn’t smoke too much like some candles do. It was packaged nicely and would make a wonderful gift. At $25 though and only 6 ounces I won’t be purchasing these candles again. I can get 7 ounce candles from bath and body works on sale for much cheaper and the smell lasts for hours after burning.

Nice for smaller rooms, poor candle memory.

The scent of this candle is so nice! If you like patchouli you will love this candle. The throw is nice, great in a smaller room. It didn't travel too far in my larger living room. My only beef with this candle is that it did not create good memory the first time I burned it. I had it lit for approx 3 hrs and the entire top never melted. This candle DOES smell like perfume, so if you dislike perfume scents look elsewhere. Overall, this is a beautiful candle. A little overpriced for the size, especially when it will not fully burn, but given the designer brand I am not surprised.
