Nice work shoe
the shoes are great and would give them 5 stars BUT I ordered a 10 WIDE and they were a little tight. will take a little longer to break in!

Read my input, it does not reflect on this product itself but my attempts to order them.
These shoes are probably pretty good, but I never got them. I originally ordered Reebok ATV19's. I wore them off and on for about two weeks and the more I wore them, the more they hurt my feet. I went online and went through the return process and I shipped the shoes back to Amazon and I exchanged them for the Reebok Jorie RB1100's. Instead of the shoes, I got a small girls T-shirt with some kitty caption on it. I called Amazon Customer Service and explained to the rep what had happened and she asked me to send the shirt back and verified the correct shoes that I was wanting. A couple of days later, I received another pair of the ATV19's, not the Jorie RB1100's that I was wanting and had confirmed with the customer rep. I called again and the customer rep told me to cancel the order for the Jorie's and reorder them???? I mailed the second pair of ATV19's back to Amazon and the next day I received a package from Amazon which contained the same T-shirt that I had mailed back stating that they could not accept it as a return since it was not something that was showing that I had ordered. Wow, I wonder why? A couple of days later, I received a package from Amazon and not only was it the wrong style of shoe, it was a different manufacturer. How in the world could my order keep getting so messed up? I sent an email to Amazon Customer Service and I explained the whole ordeal. A couple of days after that, I got a call from a very nice representative, who fixed everything right there on the phone and she made things right with me. I am most pleased with her attention to detail, insuring me that my account would be cleaned up with no charges that I did not make and that all my returns would be accounted for - and they were. At first, I was frustrated enough to leave Amazon, but I realize that many times they are depending on 3rd parties to do the right thing and when they don't, Amazon reps have to clean up the mess. My hat is off to these fine people. By the way, I did keep the last pair of shoes I receieved, I ended up liking them and they are most comfortable. Good Job Amazon.

Check your size
The shoe tends to run 1/2 to a full size smaller then I normally wear. I wear a size 8 in Skechers, but u hade to get a size 7 1/2 for it to fit near right.

Hubby Gives Them 5 Stars!!!
Bought these for hubby because he started a job that requires him to "work shoes," not sneakers--I've always bought him Reebok running shoes to wear with his work uniform. We tried another brand in two different styles, but he couldn't stand them. He and I were absolutely ecstatic when we found that Reebok makes work shoes, and he is so glad I bought them. He has always worn Reebok shoes--he won't wear any other brand! So please Reebok, keep making these awesome work shoes!!!

Pretty solid... And stiff.
Had them for a week so far, my job is on hard floors with a lot of kneeling and bending to get around machines. They are still breaking in the upper leather and in the inside cushion. Not totally comfortable yet, but shows potential that after the break-in period they might be a good shoe. More comfortable when they're tightly laced.

Made for fat feet
I am a delivery driver who spends 10-12 hours a day on my feet, stepping up and down, climbing stairs, walking over a variety of surfaces, wet and dry, inside and outside. The good news is that these shoes do not slip on any surface, where staying on your feet is critical to your personal safety, especially while often carrying heavy items.. The bad news is that these shoes are too big and rigid, and your foot slides around inside them, even with the laces tied tight. I have always had good luck with Reeboks, in fact-own several pairs of their casual sneakers that fit just fine. These do not. I usually prefer to try shoes on first before purchasing them, but with these, I figured my past experience with Reebok was sufficient, and that they'd fit correctly. I read over many of the reviews, and two of the reviews that sold me were from folks who said they had to order a wider size because these were too narrow, and a chef that said they worked great for him being on his feet all day, and that he could go even longer each day in them if he had too. Well, all I can say is that these folks must have bigger, fatter, or wider feet. My slimmer and narrow foot slides around way too much in this shoe, and you can even notice a bulk of material bulging at the sides, making me look like I'm wearing shoes too large. They do not feel secure whatsoever. A very big disappointment from Reebok, and I will be going back to New Balance for my next pair of work shoes.
