I am using these at my bartending job to fill blue cheese olives! This is the best practice by the way. These bags are the right size as Indont need a big bag. Good value for how many you get too. We have burst a couple of bags, but sometimes it's hard to get the cheese to just the right softness...

great product
I am a chef and own a restaurant and have used this bag with great success. If using for hot food, they are meant to be placed as a LINER inside of a regular cloth or plastic bag. They make clean up a breeze. We use them every evening to put hot mashed potatoes in, keep them in a 175 degree warmer, and take them out as needed throughout the nite. Have never had them "blow up" as previous reviewer has indicated. I use them to pipe cream puffs, meringues etc.

Although a little bigger than we needed we cut them a bit , but the bags are very sturdy and no fear of them ripping while we twisted them. Good pastry bag all in all.

Not what i was expecting
If you are going to buy this item, Even though it is "Disposable", the bags burst @ the seems even before you finish using the bag the 1st time. Seems to me that 40% of the bags in the lot are defective. DO NOT BUY if you are thinking to use them easily.

Totally worth it!
This is the second time I’ve purchased these bags, they are fantastic and so convenient to be on a roll! I used to use restaurant grade pastry bags, but felt that they would not clean properly or get a musty smell. This are a fantastic replacement.
