Need a small replacement piece that came broken
There is a small piece of plastic that goes in between the poles in order to help connect them. One of the plastic pieces came broken. We tried to install it with the broken piece, but it is not holding correctly and is not keeping the bar in place. How can we receive a replacement piece that is not broken? Other than that, the bar is working really well, for curtains that run 155" and are quite tall. We love the wrap around feature to keep the light out on the sides.

A little tricky putting them up but im old so everything is a little harder to do. Overall i like them they worked perfectly for our sunroom

Exactly what I needed
I needed a curtain rod that was over 160ins long to fit across our 3 8ft sliding glass door. After much searching I came across this pipe like curtain rod which is exactly the type of rod I wanted. That being said it came in 3 peices with 2 ends and 2 supports. Unfortunately one of the rods was dented but the curtains hid it. They do come with anchors if you have drywall or you can use the screws into wood or concrete. You will however need 2 people to install. Now at this length using both supports would help the flex but then would cause me to have to leave a curtain in the center at all times. We went with one center support and have the bar extended to almost full length. Over all happy with my purchase.

Something that lasts, constructed well

Perfect farmhouse feel
These are GREAT! I bought 4 of them ti go across the large double windows we have in our house and to fit in with the more rustic farmhouse feel. They are easy to install, come with everything you need, and sturdy. Only down side is when I have to take the curtains off to wash them, but that is only 2 times a year so totally worth it for the overall look.

Looks fantastic
My only complaint is how hard it's been to get the screws in all the way but we should have a fix for that tomorrow... Other than that it seems pretty sturdy even without being completely secured yet and looks amazing! It's exactly the look I was going for, love the glossy finish which gives off a classy yet still industrial vibe.???? Update: Got the tool needed and getting it secured into the ceiling was a breeze! Looks great!

12 ft span doesn't sag
The rod spans a little over 12 ft for my window. I was worried that it would sag with only one center support, but doesn't. You can add another support, but then the curtains won't pull back to the sides. I shopped many rods to find one for a 12 ft span. There aren't that many. I highly recommend this product for long spans.

Perfect!
This rod was the length I needed to stretch the length of my triple sliding glass doors. They were easy to install and plenty supportive. Perfect with my beautiful new curtains.

Not a single issue!!!
This rod is exactly what we needed to cover the extended space that the majority of curtain rods/ shower rods on here could not reach. Hangs beautifully, extremely sturdy (I placed my rob in studs instead of dry wall for extra support) and came with all the screws and extra pieces you might need. I have read people complaining about leaving holes in your wall when you need to take your curtains down. There is absolutely ZERO need to unscrew it from the wall to change your curtains as the rods slide nicely into each other to shorten and release.
