Very expensive, thought I ordered plastic but apparently got cloth

Too expensive for what it is. Also ordered a cloth belt when I thought it was plastic so double Check what you’re actually ordering

Good for work but very hard textured

Great for work but not very soft so somewhat uncomfortable on patient's skin. Gonna soak it in warm water to see if that softens it up.

Good Buckle but poor quality material.

Th color is great, bright pink but after use the belt itself cracks, the buckle stays great but the belt itself is poor quality. Can not use it often as the cracks could possible cause skin tears or cuts. (At least mine cracked after the first use.)

Buckle is large which makes the belt bulky. The end of the belt started to peel less than a month after I bought it, so i already had to glue it. The material is great. I love how it stays tight and that it is easy to clean. I just wish it were better quality. It's holding up well now that I've glued it though.

Horrible quality

I am so disappointed. Sammons Preston had been around for a long time. I was shocked at the poor quality of this belt. I would have assumed a $40 belt would last longer. The first day I used it, the plastic coating started to crack and peel. But today, day 4 of use, the plastic was fully peeling off the belt. I can’t use this. The whole point of a plastic belt is for infection control. It is no longer a wipeable belt. I am so disappointed. $40 wasted. I got the hot pink belt. It is in the trash now.

Belt not suitable for seniors

This belt is much to stiff for use with a senior. We gave a cotton belt to stabilize and aid my mother in law when she is on her walker. This belt could break ribs.

Peeling vinyl

I was so excited when I got this gait belt but the very FIRST time I used it on a client the vinyl casing started peeling off. I can no longer use it because the easy to clean vinyl barrier is cracked and peeled.
