I usually wear 6.5-7 in sandals, 7-7.5 in sneakers, and 7.5-8 in boots to leave room for thick socks. I already have these in 7 but in plain navy. I bought the 6.5 due to the significant price diff and am happy to say they juuuusstt fit. The tops are quite snug (I have skinny, slightly narrow feet) so they may not work for wide widths or high arches.
