Cute but Broken
I guess you get what you pay for. I know its a cheaper item but it came broken, usable, but none the less broken. It has some pieces of metal hanging at the top that get stuck in my hair, and its missing a few rivets. Still love the color just disappointed with quality.

I just received this in the mail but so far so good for a normal umbrella. I haven't had a chance to test out its capabilities in the rain but it seems sturdy enough. I like the pattern but I didn't realize the handle was round like that. I guess we will see how easy it is to hold when wind is trying to blow it out of my hand.

You will only get one use out of it.
Heavy duty tin foil and a scrap of thin cloth, don't waste your time and money. Get a good one not this.

such a great umbrella. Its small and light so you can always have it in your purse. and its amazingly sturdy in the wind. I've had it almost a year and its never come close to flipping inside out, highly recommend it!

Save your $$, poor engineering!
I thought I was on top of my game by bringing my newly purchased umbrella with me on a day that looked like there was a 50/50 chance for rain. Sure enough, after four hours of being out and about, the day became more and more overcast. I thought to myself, "Yeah! I'll get to try out my new umbrella after all!" While standing on a busy NYC corner waiting for my BF, the first of the rain droplets started coming down. I pulled out my umbrella in anticipation of a downpour and began the process of opening it by pushing up the center along the post/handle. Much to my dismay and confusion, the center part that you push up on never stopped and I ended up holding two separate umbrella pieces - the handle post and the umbrella top were now detached. Trust me, I am not that strong nor were there any strong winds that might have assisted in separating the two pieces. Take your money elsewhere! I didn't even get one use out of this one! Thankfully, the rain that day was more along the side of sprinkles than a downpour!

Is there such thing as an umbrella that doesn't break after 5 uses???
Took to Europe with where it lasted my trip then broke. Pretty colors but a piece of crap. I've decided that basically all umbrellas are made poorly and are garbage. I have a umbrella from my grandmother from the 60s still use today!!! Seems products are all poor, lousy quality basically made to break so you buy another one. The answer go to an antique store buy an oversized ugly umbrella from 1965 and lug it around with you. It's ugly and large but made with a quality that doesn't exist today. Similar to your oven and washing machine. It's all junk these days!!!!!

It's super light, which is what I was going for
It's super light, which is what I was going for. It's not heavy duty / the highest quality, but mine has only inverted in NYC rain once!
