Tons of features!

Expecting our second baby and we have a similar product for our first that isn’t made anymore, so decided to try this one. Overall, a great product for the price and frankly best thing we could find (we wanted music and projection). Lots of sounds, more than we need I’m sure. I hate that it’s not battery powered, as we lose power out in our holler too frequently for 2022, but part of the reason we picked this is because they make a smaller battery powered version that does less, so we can have something similar as backup. I only wish they make a value pack with both or something. The projected stars are fine. Not as good as the first thing we had (this has only stars, no planets or anything, and solid white only), but I LOVE that the angle is adjustable. I LOVE the timer and continuous options. Our 3yo’s slightly different thing only has one time option and we find ourselves resetting it sometimes multiple times if she doesn’t quite fall asleep in the allotted time. That was probably honestly the biggest selling point of this one for us. Also love that the nightlight part will stay on even when the music is done. That’s a big bonus. The sound quality (especially of the classical music) leaves a lot to be desired - it sounds very tinny and sad like a bad music box. It’s actually pretty pathetic. But, I don’t think the newborn will care and again, so many great features that it’s still well worth it.

The volume doesn’t go as high as I wished.

The lamp works great, but we owned another lamp (sloth and moon) with almost the exact same characteristics as this one and it had good volume level, the sounds on this one are too low at its highest setting.

Use this everyday

As first time parents, we had no clue what a white noise machine was, but we luckily got a mini owl from a friend as a baby shower gift. We loved it so much that it kept running out of batteries, so we got the big plug-in nightlight owl for our bedroom, which is currently also our nursery. We absolutely love it and use it everyday, mainly for the lullaby, which now signals nap time or bedtime to our little one. We don’t use the nightlight much, but will later once we put our little one in a separate room. Only improvements I would recommend is I wish there was a quieter mode (equivalent to the mini portable one), but it’s not so loud it doesn’t work for our baby, and I wish the buttons didn’t make noise and there was a remote. Thus the 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise it’s great!

soothes baby for a restful night!

The light is just enough to project on ceiling and the volume is perfect to soothe the baby.

The REAL DEAL review after 4 years of usage!

I bought this night light 4 years ago for my oldest children at the time. It has been used every night for 12 hours at a time, it has been played for naps during the day, and it has continued to work great! It has been used for all of my children and does everything it was intended to do!

Baby soother

This product is great, I also used the owl from this brand for my first daughter. I like that you can switch between the womb sounds for a newborn and switch to the music for an older baby. This allows you to put baby to sleep or keep them distracted while you get a few minutes to yourself. Definitely worth the peace of mind.

Must-Have!

Ours has been going strong for almost 6 years and we cannot sleep without it! I say we because I too listen to it through the baby monitor and cannot sleep without it playing, lol! I recommended it to a family member and purchased it for her baby. They love it, too!

My kids love this!!

Such a lovely product.... my little one won’t go to sleep without his starts and music on. This can also be used as a night light when feeding baby at night time. The starts and music can be turned off and just used as a night light.

Brilliant, only shame is the cable is a usb and has no plug attached so needs purchasing separately i think it should be included for the price

Poor sound

This is the second one I have bought and this new one is not near as good. The volume is so low it’s not really doing it’s job. The original one I have is brilliant hence the reason I bought another one for second child
