I sit on it at work and stretch and do exercises when reading articles in my office space. It is so substantial - far far superior and more durable than another ball that I purchased years ago. Inside the package is a clear plastic strip - that is what you are suppose to use to blow the ball up to the proper size - wrap the strip around the ball and use the pump to blow it up until the strip ends meet. I included this information because the directions were not clear and I did not know what that strip was until a coworker explained it to me. The pump is so easy to use and I did not think it was junky at all (usually when you buy these things they end up being junky - not the case here)

Great exercise ball!

This is a great exercise ball. I had a cheap one that was a little too small and kid of flimsy. I ended up giving that away and investing in this one. It is really sturdy and perfect for my height (5"7"). I didn't buy it for the exercises on the ball, but it is a nice perk. Just make sure that you follow the directions. You must inflate the ball to 80% and then wait 24 hours. Then you can inflate it to 100%. I highly recommend this ball. I have been using it 4 times a week and it is holding up well.

Love the graphics on the side for suggested exercises

Love the graphics on the side for suggested exercises, it comes with extra pins and decent pump. The only complaint is that the ball is not well balanced/lopsided. Meaning if you place it on the floor it tends to roll to one side. Not sure if this is common across all fitness balls. I may end up pouring some sand in there with a funnel to keep the ball stable in one place.

ordered 3, only one works as advertised

I usually don't submit reviews. I ordered 3 of these balls for my office for my employees. One of the balls keeps slowly deflating from day one - I took it home and my kids play with it. Another ball when fully inflated is a smaller size than the 65 cm it is supposed to be. This might be okay except that my employee wants to sit on the ball at her desk and she sits lower than she should because the ball is bit smaller than it should be. Only one of the balls is the right size and holds air and works as expected. Not sure what happened here, but i won't be ordering any more balls.

It burst !

Arrived fairly quick, no problem there. Blew it up, no problem there, came with its own wee pump. Followed the diagrams for the exercises shown on the ball. Good idea. Used probably twice- all good. Happy. Then came home from work one day and heard hissing from the room it was in. Discovered it had just split and burst all by itself. I hadn't touched it that day, my kids hadn't touched it either. It just burst...on its own. So, yeh, it's crap. I returned it and got my money back.

Bon produit. Pour avoir acheté quelques ballons de ce genre dans le passé, je mets un 4/5. Le produit est collant, un peu désagréable pour les premières utilisations. Toutefois, je vois qu'après 2 semaines cette texture tends à disparaître.

It started tearing up slowly after a while so wouldn't give 5 stars for longevity but it's comfy and good for working out :3 6'1 ft tall 182 cm is my height and it worked like a charm for me other then the tear part.
