Great insoles for boots

I have been through over a dozen of these insoles over the years. They have primarily been installed in boots, but I have also used them in shoes. They are very supportive and last nearly a year with regular use. I know that it is time to replace them when my feet start to hurt when walking around in my boots. Would highly recommend these if your feet hurt while walking or working in your boots.

Great support for achy feet and heels

I got these for additional cushioning as my running was causing my heel and ankle pain at times. You replace the sole in your shoe with these and cut them to fit. The cushioning is great and helps tremendously with running aches and pain. They wear well and have helped relieve my heel and ankle problems.

These actually work!

If look closely you can see the little dimple were your heel of foot rest. That's what makes these work better then anything else I have tried.

I like this so much, I bought a second pair

These have worked so well. I have tried several different ones and these are the best ones I found. I actually wore out the first pair and needed to get a second pair.

Mediocre

Compared to Sof Sole ATHLETE insoles, these are far worse. More expensive for less support in my opinion. The foam is incredibly soft and doesn’t provide much support (think of a marshmallow). The gel pad at the ball of the foot is okay but very thin. And similar issue to the foam, doesn’t offer much cushion or responsiveness to forefoot runners. The heel of this insole is the worst part of the insole- it’s also the product’s biggest selling point. There is a quarter size of a gel pad in the heel. Surrounded by air pockets that are more like a hollow piece of soft plastic than a form of supportive running insole. If you want an insole that adds height these would work. But if you’re in the market for walking, running, lifting, or any other physical activity buy some sof sole ATHLETEs. Those are cheaper and the best pair of insoles I have used, ever. I’m into my third pair now. Wish it were zero drop, but oh well.

Sof Sole inserts are my favorite

I have had several pairs of Sof Sole inserts and this is my 2nd pair of the AIRR version. These are a little more expensive but are marginally nicer. The first impression is fantastic but like all insoles they do wear in and need to be replaced. For me I get about 9 to 12 months walking 3 to 4 miles a day. After that I move the old pair to some less active shoes and buy new ones. I absolutely can tell the difference. In the spirit of disclosure I am 72 and walking is almost my only form of exercise at this point.

Comfortable and long lasting!

This is the second pair of these I've owned. I bought the first pair to go in a new pair of Solomon hiking boots. I wore that pair with the insoles for 7 years, and the insoles outlasted the boots. I just bought a new pair of Solomon boots and figures the setup worked so well the first time, I might as well do it again. These are comfortable and supportive. And the 11 to 12.5 size drops perfectly into Solomon 11.5 boots with no cutting or trimming. I can tell you that I have walked 20 miles at a stretch and my feet did not get sore. Everything else did, but not my feet. Love these insoles! A bit pricey, but worth it.

Significant Improvement

Ordered men's 7-8.5, which fit perfectly in my women's 8.5. No trimming, perfect fit, really adds comfort. But I also plan to buy a new pair of shoes to get a better arch support, so will take my new insoles along to ensure another great fit.

Excellent

I find these an excellent liner. I suffer from pain in my heels at times and these alleviate it completely. Very comfortable. Not cheap but they work and have good longevity.

Great fit for lacrosse hunting boots

Best insoles for hunting boots. I have a high arch and have no more back pain. I track and push deer for many kms and these are the best
