Spa Choice Seal A Leak repareert kleine lekken en scheuren in uw spa of hot tub. Afhankelijk van de grootte van het lek en het aantal liters kan het nodig zijn om deze Seal A Leak meerdere keren toe te voegen. Als de locatie van het lek onbekend is, voeg dan Seal a Leak toe aan de skimmer. Als u zeker bent van de locatie van het lek, giet dan Seal a Leak rechtstreeks in het water ter hoogte van het lek van de spa. Spa Choice Seal A Leak wordt aanbevolen voor het repareren van kleine lekken en scheuren in spa's. Stopt lekken meestal binnen 24 uur. GEBRUIKSAANWIJZING: 1. Schakel de pomp uit. VERWIJDER de patronen of filterroosters om te voorkomen dat het product door het filtersysteem gaat. 2. Als de leklocatie onbekend is, voeg dan de aanbevolen dosering toe aan de skimmer. Als u zeker bent van de locatie van het lek, giet dan de aanbevolen dosering direct in het water ter plaatse van het lek. 3. Schakel na 30 minuten na het aanbrengen de pomp in en laat deze minimaal 8 uur draaien. 4. Controleer de spa om te zien of hij nog steeds water verliest. Een tweede aanvraag kan nodig zijn en kan binnen de volgende 24 uur worden gedaan. 5. Vervang de filterroosters of -patronen na 24 uur en hervat de normale filtratie. Spa mag 24 uur na het aanbrengen worden betreden. DOSERING HOEVEELHEID: 500 liter - 1 ons, 750 liter - 1,5 ons, 1.000 liter - 2 ons. Opmerkingen: Verwijder patroon of filterroosters om te voorkomen dat het product door het filtersysteem gaat. Het is mogelijk dat fijne fonteinstralen kunnen blokkeren wanneer dit product wordt aangebracht.

Did the trick, fixed the leak
It did the trick! After manyyears of use, our long feared nightmare happened. We had a leak (and not a small one!) in the middle of winter. We had to emergency drain and order a part, in the spring we finally got around to replacing the broken part.... only to find when the job was done we were losing water somewhere else. We ordered this “leak fix” but had our doubts. However after 3-4 applications thetub did stop leaking. We never did find the trouble spot the the ‘Seal a leak’ did and it has now been holding up for 2 months. Only reason I gave 4 stars was that it took several applications to fully stop the leak. But I would definitely recommend this to a friend if they told me they had a leak and couldn’t find where under all that insulation

Spa Choice, Seal A Leak
Soon after I bought a Calavera 4-person hot tub, I realized there was a minor leak. Eventually, I drew a pencil line along the water where the leakage stopped. Subsequently, I found out the tub lost a gallon of water every day. The manufacturer sent a technician to repair the leak, but he arrived too late in the evening. They then sent a second technician who said, "because there was no water in the electrical compartment, there was no leak." I disagreed. He said, "you don't have to agree. I've been doing this for 20 years." I then asked him twice, "why does the leakage stop at the line I drew? He did not answer at all. I then bought a bottle of Spa Choice, Seal a Leak. I bought this because the application was simple when compared to some other similar products. For the first time, I used it as shown on the bottle. This product worked. It's been more than 70 hours since I applied the Seal a Leak. There has been no leak at all.

Fixes your hot tub when you're too lazy to. My hot tub I got used of course. They swore they drained it. Of course they didn't. Lots of leaks... I mean alot. Used up both bottles and it can almost hold up to the jets which is insane if you ask me. The holes this stuff plugged, I thought were way too big and it was a hail mary. Well it plugged them. I just dont use the jets on one side because not to fault the product the leaks were just too big for anything to realistically seal and it did seal them. I just cant fully pressurize them or it'll weaken the seal. Honestly this worked a million times better than I thought it would. Kudos to you

Sorry but no
I bought this product to fix a leak in our hot tub. The directions say to use a mere 2 ounces. Sounded like a good ratio because I'd have plenty left for later leaks (our tub is old). No such luck. I ended up pouring the whole bottle in and the leaks still persisted. Sorry, but I went back to the actual "Fix a Leak" brand and have had better results.

Listen to me closely you dont need to read any other reviews, I have a 2007 cal spa and it had recently developed a number of small leaks, I would lose an inch of water over 2 days, I pulled the insulation out and it was a spaghetti mess of water and air lines, there's no way I was getting in to fix them all, so I went looking for options including buying a new 12,000 tub, after searching online I found this product, I followed the directions and I slowed down, then I tried a 2nd try and it almost stopped so I said screw it and put the whole bottle in, BOOM no more leaks and it's been running for 2 weeks and hasnt lost a drop , the nice thing about this one is you dont have to dump your water just rinse your filters a few times and you are good after your leaks stop. I'm going to buy a second bottle as backup they should change the name to Liquid Magic. I swear it's that good.

Skeptical but it worked
I have a LA Spa that is about 25 years old that I bought used 12 years ago. In the last two year the spa has developed several leaks from old age in the jet plumbing. I have attempted to fix the issues, but finding the leaks and cutting through the foam is just frustrating. More leaks have developed and I was losing 1/2 of the spa volume in several days of operating. As a last resort I used this product. Instead of using just the recommended dose I poured the entire bottle, all 16oz into the skimmer. After 12 hours of running the pumps there was no difference in leakage and I thought this was it. However, after 24hrs all leaks stopped. It is a true miracle. Now I am going to turn everything off and let the spa sit for 48hrs and then drain and refill. Hopefully this will last, even if it is only six months and I have to do it again I think it is well worth it compare to cuttings everything apart.

I was a skeptic.
I didn't seriously think it would work but I didn't have anything to lose other than $15 by trying it. Kuf hot tub bad to have water added to it every couple of days due to a leak that I could not find. All the insulation makes it impossible some times. Well, I followed the directions and nothing.......it still leaked. I filled the spa backup and just let it run on continuous circulate for a few days. ( wait til my wife sees the electric bill, lol). The water got very cloudy but it had stopped leaking. I put the filter back in and the water mostly cleared up and it is holding where I filled it to! This stuff does work but I am going to have to drain the spa and clean it all out because there is some gritty, white crap all over now but it is not leaking. That is no big deal though.

I would highly recommend trying this if your leak is small
I had a small leak that was driving me crazy for about a year but I was really not looking forward to tearing the hottub apart to find and fix the leak, Out of shear desperation I tried this and much to my surprise it worked. I would highly recommend trying this if your leak is small. I had a constant steady drip and had to add water at least once every two weeks. No leak at all now.

This stuff really works .. our hotub was leaking very badly . I was surprised after 8 hrs of running hot tub the leak stopped . The morning after the water hadn’t dropped . I use 3/4 of the bottle first go ..

Fantastic product
Tried fix-a-leak 3 times. This worked the first try. The two pack is only 12$ more than the single. Save yourself the $12 bucks and get the single. Only side effect was a film on the tub afterwards, comes right off.

Tried 3 times to fix the internal leak in the hot tube, but it did not work for me. Sorry cannot recommend this product.

Didnt work at all... didnt even slow it down ????. Not to mention that you can buy this from any hot tub supply store for $13 a bottle and I paid $70 something from this supplier for 2 bottles ????
